Emailed me the next day that they cancelled my order due to failed payment with Klarna, 2 days later I went ahead and placed second order. A week later Klarna had 2 outstanding orders contacted Jukki who explained both items have been dispatched yet Evri didn’t receive til 5 days later, asked for a paid retuns label for the item sent to me in error which they responded it’s my responsibility to return any unwanted items regardless of them cancelling , they want me to pay for delivery and the return of an item that they claimed to be cancelled. Their customer service is shocking, they should have took responsibility of their error.

Don’t order from this store!! I purchased something for my baby, got a confirmation email and an email from the courier saying they were expecting the item. Item didn’t arrive, emailed the seller and they are trying to make out haven't paid and order has been canceled! Even though I’ve sent them proof of purchase.
They are robbing people and by the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one.

J'ai récemment acheté un tour de lit traversin , je l'ai reçu , il est de très bonne qualité et livraison dans l'ensemble assez rapide ! 👍👍👍

Zamówiłam produkty za prawie 400zl (~£90 do uk), niestety jakoś wykonania nie jest jakaś super.
Wydruk główny i szew - bardzo słabej jakości (jak z Chin) a cała reszta ok.
Numer wysyłki też podali zły, także na pewno muszą popracować nad kilkoma rzeczami.
Jeśli te rzeczy usprawnia to z pewnością jeszcze cos zamówię.

Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt ze sklepem, idą klientowi na rękę, błyskawiczna wysyłka. Polecam

J'ai commandé un cocon XXL, je l'ai mis lorsque ma fils est allée dans son lit à 5 mois . Elle a aujourd'hui plus de 2 ans et elle dort toujours avec . Le cocon est de très bonne qualité.
Je recommande et j'en achète à chaque cadeau de naissance pour mes amies.

I made my purchase, then went to look for some reviews. Some of them here made my neck hair raise. I have received my parcel with in 4 days.(England) I'm so pleased with the product, with the amount of photos I want to take of baby sleeping, I wanted a pretty nest. And this is just that. Thank you girls back in production for your work.

Colis bas de gamme arriver dans une pochette plastique bas de gamme aucun soins pour l emballage. Pour du fait main c est très étonnant… la qualité est plutôt bonne. A voir dans le temps. Je mets 3 étoiles vraiment pour le colis et non pas pour le vêtement

J'avais mis dans ma liste de naissance un coussin d'allaitement et un nid de Cocon
Le coussin d'allaitement est dehoussable ce qui est top, il est hyper bien rembourré, le modèle que j'ai choisi est très jolie et possède un tissu très agréable. Quant au nid, il n'est pas dehoussable mais lavable entièrement en machine, même tissu que le coussin d'allaitement, et est aussi très bien rembourré. L expédition à été rapide donc je recommande complètement ce site j'en suis ravie

I do not recommend ordering from this store! I made an order for 56 pounds, the seller canceled it, claiming that he had not received the money. I sent him a confirmation from the bank application and Pay Pal that the money had been taken. The seller did not respond to my messages or return the money. Only when I reported the matter to Pay Pal did they make a refund. I will never order anything from there!

Horrible place, I have been going back and forth with this company for initially what I intended on being an exchange in product that has now turned into a fight for a refund. The company provides a return address to local warehouse in the UK and ships this package to warehouse in Poland. Company is claiming they have yet to received my return even though the package was sent more than 40 days ago. Horrible customer service for new parents.

Poor customer correspondence, no confirmation email says 5 -7days delivery but nothing wish I'd bought from England

Delivery was OK, it took around 10days. The quality of the products I've ordered was awful, it looked beautiful on the photos online but once received I knew straight away I'd have to return it. I've contacted customer service re returns and been told to post the parcel to X address( located in the UK), I've paid for postage, posted all the items on the 11th June and waited. And waited. And waited. Emailed to follow up, been told the items are being sent to Poland because that's where the returns go to. And that's it. I've asked for tracking number which couldn't be provided and as of today I still haven't received a refund and haven't heard back re the status of the return although I did chase it up several times now. Honestly. Stay away.

Commande incomplète, impossible de contacter quelqu’un personne me répond ( mail ou Instagram) et quand je me connecte sur mon compte c’est noté aucune commande !

Dam najpierw trzy ponieważ przy większym zamówieniu za ok 700 zł coś tam mi się podobało . Długi czas oczekiwania na towar za każdym razem faktycznie tak jak tu czytam inne komentarze . Niestety sklep nie zna towarów dla maluszków co przekonałam się jako młoda mama na swojej skórze. Zamawiając smoczki bibs za pierwszym razem dostałam dziwny kształt prawdopodobnie wgl nie w sprzedaży co przyczyniło się do cierpienia mojego dziecka . Na dzień dzisiejszy ponowne zamówienia tego towaru przychodzą inne 🤷 a maluszek płacze całe noce . Wmawia mi sie , że to wina użytkowania . Posiadam zdjęcia, filmy temu przeczące . Dlatego z trzech gwiazdek zmieniam na dużą jedną i więcej nic nie zamówię 😡

I would give 0 star if I could. Don’t bother to use this company!!! They have no respect for customer and if there is a problem from there end they don’t sort it out they are just LYING!!! Avoid them!!!

Was very happy about the items also got exited fr the gift from company... Quality of material is very sof beatiful and betiful. I ordered baby nest 5pcs set bamper protectors, mattress cover sheet. Thank you.

Not used this Company before and I was a bit wary with their score. No need to be, brilliant experience and fantastic product. We brought a blanket for the car seat, after seeing one a friend had. The one we got off Amazon (not Jukki) is no where near as good but in the same price range.

It is so well designed, and excellent quality. The Company acknowledged our purchase, kept us informed of dispatch. You can choose the carrier - Royal Mail or Evi. We went with Evi, and we received constant updates of where the parcel was and when it was out for delivery.

My daughter in law is over the moon with it - and little one loves it too. Very snuggly and comfortable. Honestly, can't recommend it enough.

We will definitely be purchasing the foot muff when she gets bigger.

In short, awesome company and great quality product! Highly recommended :-)
