I was hesitant to order from here reading some of the reviews however I couldn’t find designs as pretty anywhere else and decided to risk it. We did start off with a few issues with delivery which were caused by Evri and the awful communication from them as the courier. However, when I got in touch with Jukki, they tried to help asap to get my parcel out to me. Jukki ended up sending a brand new parcel as well as free gift for Evri’s mistake of losing the parcel and I received it today. The design is even more beautiful and unique in person and the quality is amazing. Everything is so soft and perfect for a newborn. Definitely won’t get quality like this anywhere else for such a price. Will definitely be ordering more in future but choosing a different delivery option to avoid the stress Evri causes,

I have ordered from Jukki twice now and the first order was fine. I have currently received my second delivery and the quality of the pattern on the items are warn and tired looking. I took some pictures and put a message across to the company explaining that comparing to my previous delivery the quality and print are very poor. I received some very abrupt and careless responses back and they was not willing to help with the issue or give great customer service. I will not be putting my money into this company again as you pay for the quality of an item, but I'm afraid you won't receive that from this company. They advised me to return the items and that I pay for the return.

Ordered two baby soothers, the first order did not go through as advised that the payment was not received so re ordered the items are £5 each .... their delivery was almost 3 times the amount of the items which they sent in two boxes !! ... therefore two lots of postage !! The first order they say was delivered in advance of the other which is amazing considering they were ordered minutes from each other ! No apology, no explanation for their exorbitant delivery costs for such small items. Basically 4 baby soothers cost £35 !!!! ......... they have excused themselves of course, what an awful experience and more than awful customer service.
If you cannot explain in full that these items are being delivered from abroad and therefore the delivery is likely to exceed x 3 times the cost of the items then there is something very wrong with this company !! Would give a minus rating if it were possible.

Dishonest. Do not state the shipping cost in the total price at checkout and then added £9.99 for standard delivery after I had authorised the payment. Trying to dispute it with them. The nursing pillow itself is fine

I give 2⭐ for customer service.
At my last order they have send me the wrong sizes for my baby's cot sheets and they haven't sent me replacement.
So, I just payed £19 for wrong sheets 🤬.

Ayant trouvé ce site grâce à une pub sur Facebook, j’étais un peu sceptique. J’ai pris le temps de regarder les avis qui étaient dans l’ensemble vraiment bons. Hormis un délai de livraison long mais comme je ne suis pas pressée, j’ai voulu tenter. J’ai commandé le 21/10 au soir et j’ai reçu ma commande le 27/10. Elle aurait pu être livrée avant mais j’ai fait reprogrammer la livraison.
Les produits sont exactement comme sur les photos et de très bonne qualité. J’ai commandé pour essayer le nid xxl. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent! Le motif que j’ai choisi est vraiment parfait! Les couleurs sont fidèles aux photos du site. J’ai passé tous les articles en machine dès la réception. J’ai lavé à 30 degrés comme indiqué sur le site et rien n’a bougé.. ni les couleurs ni les tissus ni les formes.
Je vais pouvoir commander d’autres articles pour compléter la chambre de mon bébé. Je vous recommande très fortement ce site, vous ne serez pas déçus!! Merci Jukki 😊

Overpriced products. You can find some product somewhere else for half price.

I ordered a Jukki nest when I was pregnant, little to my knowledge my cousin had already ordered me one as a gift. I didn’t need two so I emailed Jukki who responded really quickly and gave me a refund for my order straight away. I then received my best from my cousin and my little boy who is now 6 weeks loves it. It is so well made, you can tell that a lot of care and effort has went into their products. Added bonus that the small nest fits exactly inside my shining crib. I had a big baby and unfortunately he is nearly outgrowing the small nest. I am going on today to purchase the larger one. I don’t have anything negative to say about this company. I think they are outstanding.

Super ! J’ai commandé un ensemble 5 pièces avec un nid bébé oreillers couverture matelas . Hyper confort, hyper doux , hyper joli.
Quelques jours de retard de livraison, le service client est très réactif et nous a même offert un petit cadeau en dédommagement .
Je recommande a 100%

Took a little longer to dispatch than usual due to them being so busy but their communication and customer service was brilliant, I received my parcel to the uk this morning after only 11 days since i placed my order, well packaged and such good quality. I would deffo recommend and don't let the negative reviews scare you off.

Bought a fair few things from Jukki. Everything is adorable. The quality is also quite good. Really happy with it.

Oczekiwanie na przesyłke ciagle trwa, w przygotowaniu od 5dni(roboczych) i czekam dalej bez jakiejkolwiek informacji, dzis weekend wiec jeszcze sobie poczekam... To slabe, zobaczymy jakiej jakosci przyjdzie kokon, jesli w ogole dotrze w tym roku 😬

Never recieved and not refunded and when I put a bad review on their site they said they refunded but never. Lucky I paid by PayPal and they are looking into it!

Un peu déçus de notre commande.. le couffin est bien moins confortable et bien moins mignon que sur le site.. les matériaux semble de qualité mais pas très douillet.. dommage

I am so glad I took the chance with Jukki the products are amazing quality I have bought nearly a full range from nests to pram liners, toys and sleep bags. I would highly recommend this site for high quality items. The delivery is really quick I will definitely be purchasing more. Thank you Jukki

J'ai commandé un nid de bébé + matelas + tour de lit.
Commande reçu après 5 jours (Belgique).
Il y avait un code promo sur le site mais celui-ci était périmé car valable jusque fin juin, mais le site m'a octroyé un nouveau code avec la même réduction car il s'agissait d'une erreur de leur part (Ils auraient dû supprimer le code du site).
Bref, première commande et je n'hésiterai pas à en passer d'autres et à le recommander à mes amies/famille.

Parcel was meant to be delivered last week I have chased a chased it an nothing is happening email after email! I won’t a full refund or the item resent out asap!
