JUNK Rubbish Removal Opiniones

Great customer service. clear, prompt & friendly communications and they got the job done within 24 hours of my call. highly recommended!

I 100% recommend using these folks! Professional friendly service, super quick and really well priced. On top of that, they take everything except asbestos, recycle everything that can be recycled, AND any items which are still usable go to people in need who can't afford to buy their own furniture etc. So getting them to remove your junk follows the ideal of reuse and recycle. All around they are a fantastic service and I couldn't be happier!

Cleaned out the garage prior to moving house. Rang these guys for a quote on removal particularly for some old household chemicals, paint etc. These guys responded promptly, communicated well and turned up on time. Very friendly and got on with the job. No complaints. I was very happy with the service.

Great service instantly from my first email . The guys turned up and where straight into it . They know what they are doing and the way they load there trucks is amazing , not an inch of space left , and very honest as they found a small pouch full of jewellery that was accidentally thrown out and handed it back to us . Ripper guys and would recommend them in a flash.

These magnificent men drove in and within minutes most of my unwanted items and junk had gone! The amount they fitted into their already quite full trucks was incredible! Whilst they couldn’t fit all my stuff in they arranged to come back for the last few cubic metres in a days time. These guys were extremely friendly and professional. Your team were my heroes this week during my stressful move! Thank you so much - Dylan, Andrew ( the drivers) and Richard from JUNK!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service. Very understanding of my situation and it was just easy to do. Quoted amount and it was the final cost which is very unusual these dsys

Easy booking process, good communication. The team arrived at the appointed time, both staff very polite and obliging, no issues. Would be happy to use the service again.

The level of service offered by most businesses Today is so bad, that when you receive the minimum from a business you are over the moon. In reality these guys did what a rubbish business should do, they returned my call, they arrived on time, nothing was a hastle and young Regan and Regan the garbologists were a pleasure to have in my home. And this will shock you, but The price I was quoted is what I was charged and I felt like a customer not a hinderance. Congrats to management, thankyou to the Regans for going over and above and the 5 stars are well earnt and deserving.

Quick to respond to our online enquiry, informative, efficient removal of rubbish by friendly team, kept under our budget.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from GotJunk.
From the moment I made the booking I was notified of each stage of the process
It was a very difficult situation due to family circumstances but the 2 workers handled it extremely well - helpful, professional and friendly.
I would not hesitate to use this organisation again and will certainly recommend you to my friends. The rates were very reasonable and the ethos of the company is to be commended

Really quick and efficient, the truck managed to get through a very narrow street. The fellas that took my blast freezer away were friendly and had a fortunate workaround for me when they ran out of dockets. Simple, no fuss, I may end up calling these guys again when I have more stuff to take away. Guy on the phone when I was booking was very responsive too!

The service by Terry and Josh was excellent. They confirmed arrival in advance and worked very hard and efficiently on a physically challenging job. They were professional, courteous and respectful. Thoroughly recommend these two guys.

Could not recommend Junk removal enough.
Professional, efficient and great price.
And to top it off - recycles and works within the community offering employment and opportunity in the homeless community.
Amazing work.

The Team at JUNK are clearly the very best Rubbish and Junk Removers in the business. On time in uniform polite even helped us moved some of my late mothers item into storage for my brother what a great brand business and project.

Excellent communication and service from booking to pickup . Terry and Josh were fantastic and would recommend this company to anyone . Definitely use their services again

Requested quote online. Contacted within 24 hours. Pick up booked. Confirmation by email and text. Contacted by pick up crew an hour beforehand. Professional service provided by the two person crew. Furniture removed efficiently.

Kaden and team were outstanding!
The quality of service, communication and job completion were exceptional. An absolute pleasure to deal with - cannot speak highly enough.

So happy with your service. The guys were very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend your company.

Charged us $3,700 to remove one tree's green waste.

Left the trunk behind, left the dirt, left the bricks. We were quoted $1,200 to remove the tree from another business but went with junk.com.au because they claimed they removed dirt and bricks too.

When I was unhappy half the job was done and questioned the charges, they left a fake one star review on our business.

junk.com.au offers a fantastic service! Richo and Edin came within 90 minutes of my first call. They were quick, quiet and tremendously efficient - everything was packed and loaded in a short time! I would not hesitate to use them again.
