Great service. Not the cheapest, but came first thing the next morning and were lovely to deal with.

I would highly recommend Junk Bunk if you need some furniture and household goods removed and collected. Correspondence was always prompt. With a really competitive quote and a hard working, friendly team. The job wad completed the job quickly and without hassle.

We used Junk bunk for a clearance recently, not only did they arrive 3 hrs later than promised, they did not keep in contact with me, and only responded when I called them! Their communication is extremely bad!
At the time of booking I listed everything I had, bearing in mind it was 2 apartments, that needed clearing; they sent only half a van so I had to pay almost double half way through to get another van to complete the clearance!!
Absolute shambles and scam I would say to get more money!
The removal people were nice however and very apologetic!
Do not use - absolute nightmare!!

I have used JunkBunk previously and they were okay, the number of bags they collected was relevant to the price they charged, although always the max for that load range, never a reduction for less than full 1/4 load. Now 15 bin bags and 4 cardboard boxes (equiv to about 6 bin bags) with nothing heavy somehow is not covered by the 1/3 load (max weight 425kg and 30 bin bags for £130) but now requires 1/2 load (max weight 600kg and 40 bin bags for £170) and was quoted between £160 and £180. I will be going elsewhere in future.

I got a response from Gigi within a few minutes of my enquiry, even though it was a Saturday. I needed urgent help to clear some furniture left on my driveway and this was arranged for the next day. They arrived exactly on time and the communication was great all the way through. Thank you team, great job! Ken

Junk Bunk were brilliant! They did the last part of a house and garden clearance for us today. They were so efficient and really lovely too. Great communication and updates throughout the process. I also thought the pricing was really reasonable and the price we paid was within the range of the quote, even though some of my photos weren’t actually that clear and I’d forgotten to mention a couple of items. Really decent company - I wish I’d known of them when we did the first part of the clearance too. Highly recommend.

They were late due to traffic but informed me early enough and asked for re-scheduling if I needed. Polite staff who were kind enough to take a tiny package material as well. They left while I was doing the money transfer in order not to block the road for my neighbors. Found their trust positive as well. Value for money was good too. Can recommend wholeheartedly.

Booked to remove heavy furniture from 2nd floor flat. Rang to apologise for being delayed. Moved the item without any fuss, quickly and efficiently. The 2 guys were polite and reassuring that they could move it safely out of the flat and down the stairs. The cost is worth it for peace of mind and reliability. Would recommend.
