I got my beautiful charm with my grandson’s initials and use this for my car keys, I was so impressed by the cuteness, and the quality that I ordered a second set for my caravan keys. Anyone who knows me knows my history of key loss 🤣 no more these bright, well designed handmade products which help me keep my keys where I can find them. The order and delivery process was efficient and professional, with such a personal experience, and all from the comfort of ordering online. 10000% recommend this fabulous business.

Juno & Pip have a really good eye for detail and use a good range of colour combinations that compliment each other to make some unbelievable pieces.

From start to finish Juno & Pip made the process extremely easy, the customer service is excellent. They listened and catered to all my needs but still ensured a unique one off piece was made, tailoring the order to me.

The whole process for ordering was so simple. I gave a rough idea of what I wanted and was so so pleased with the outcome. I loved it so much that I wanted one for myself. Lydia had remembered my previous order that I did for my daughter and this made the process even easier. They are so beautifully made and I came out so much better than I could have imagined. I ordered my charm after finding Juno and Pip by chance on Instagram - it was made and posted super quickly. My postman didn’t deliver it for a while but that was no fault of Lydia and she was super helpful when tracking it down - luckily it did arrive it just got caught in Christmas chaos!! Will absolutely be ordering more charms and have already recommended to family and friends. Love this independent business 💘

I got charms for both my kids and a Mama one for me, and they’re honestly the cutest little additions to our bags. Bright, fun, and really well made, perfect for everyday mum life. Not to mention they make finding our things so much easier! I recommend giving Lydia free rein, I did and I’m so happy I did!!
Only downside is they’re addictive 😂 They make the best presents for any occasion. We love Juno & Pip and supporting a small business that clearly puts so much care into what they make. These make me smile every time I see them 🫶✨thank you!!

What a lovely experience ordering from junoandpip. Saw one of my favourite influencers with their bag charms, so obviously my whole family needed the bag charms. Extremely responsive, helpful & very fast shipping. Beautiful products that were created with the exact vibe I explained. One of my items was damaged in transit (not their fault) but they still offered to compensate so I could have a new one. Brilliant customer experience. ❤️
