Use bondara or love honey instead

Definitely order from somewhere else if you are UK. Try bondara just as good a selection and UK based. Difficult to contact and they use two useless couriers yunexpress who's updates are a day late. And the worst of the bunch evri. Had my parcel lost with no tracking information and neither company bothering to get in touch. Still waiting for the parcel still waiting to be contacted.

wasting money

still have not got the package and i placed a order on June 9 they dont answer email or there online chat and they only replie here to try to save there ass this is a trash site and dont never use it you will be dissapointed i cant even get a hold of any one for a refund this site is a good way to throw away money

Missing item

I made an order for 2 items on 22nd May. Package arrived 6th June with only 1 of the items in it. I have emailed them on 3 occasions now and also messaged them via their Facebook page. It's now the 24th June and I have had no response from the company at all. Wanting the item to be shipped to me or a full refund ASAP.

No return calls or emails

No return calls or emails. Phone mail box is always full. DHL said they are still waiting for the package. If I do not get mr order soon, will dispute the charge on my card with my bank. DHL said that they need to talk to Juntame about my order, and told told Juntame that still DHL has not gotten the package.

My order was canceled 4 times

My order was canceled 4 times. The first time was because my shipping address didn't match my billing address. I called and was told to reorder and they flag the order number and send it through. Different shipping and billing addresses is a security issue. That didn't work so I changed my billing address to match the shipping address, again it didn't work. I call customer service and they tried to resolve the problem. I ordered 2 more times and was canceled both times.

I ordered my items 7 days ago and it still hasen’t shipped. Ups says a label was made but awaiting package yet juntame's site says "fulfilled" when it clearly hasn't even been shipped.

They make promises when buying ....

Update: showed up just in time, but the fact that it took over 24 hours to contact anyone, and that their phone was busy for hours on end does not instill confidence.

Old review: They make promises when buying about delivery that they failed to meet. There phone number has been busy for 3 hours straight. Their chat window says, and I quote "we reply immediately," yet they haven't in 3 hours.

They've sat on my order until it is likely to miss the day I need it and have been unresponsive as you can see.

Corrected issue.

Giving them a three for now. I received order and the packing slip has one of the items crossed out. However they charged me the same day for the full order. They shipped the order 3 days later. Now remember they charged me in full for the entire order. I received no email indicating that I was going to be short an item. I received no refund. I emailed them at info and I attempted to file an issue with credit card. A different email was provided for customer service. I sent an email to the official customer service too. So then I came here and see half the reviews are for similar issues to mine. So I hope they don’t give new customers a discount. Then charge them full price and only send half the order bc or nothing at all, then do not respond to customers or refund or send the missing items. According to the official customer service, they reply within 24 hours. I’ll check and f resolved, I’ll update review.

Edit review. I was issued a refund for missing item. So upgrading review. Just weird I had to send pictures of invoice, like I didn’t provide them the receipt number. But overall they were actually very prompt. I used the email that was provided by my credit card company.
