Great service, great price and delivery

Back in October 24 I gave Jurassic Bark 5 stars, much deserved as the service and price were both exceptional, same day dispatch, next day delivery.

Unfortunately, judging by my last two orders, this has all changed. I placed an order for Acana food in February that was accepted, only then did I get an email saying that they were awaiting stock of the food so the delivery date was uncertain, I had to go and buy another bag to see us through. Why not say 'out of stock' on the website?

I placed another order for the same food two days ago, it still hasn't been processed and dispatched. To be fair, it states on their website 'parcels sent out for next day delivery' which is fine, it's just the amount of time it takes them to send the parcels out that has changed since I've been using them.

As a frustrating aside, in my experience, they never answer the phone and, so far, haven't responded to their online contact form.

On the plus side I've now found my vet supplies the same food cheaper.

If you send a question in an email please read the response. I’ve sent you two and you wouldn’t answer the phone.
One of two items was out of stock so I cancelled the order as it was ridiculous to pay postage for such a small item. No notice was take of my reply and I see it’s to be delivered tomorrow. I’m very unhappy sadly.

Left unattended at wrong door on main road, anyone could of stolen it.

I’ve been a regular and loyal customer, but I’m very disappointed with a recent experience. I received a different product than what I originally ordered, and unfortunately, this mistake caused my dog to develop an allergic reaction.

After years of us and our family ordering, we did not receive our food purchased (3 large bags costing nearly £70 a bag) on a promised next day delivery. 4 days of not getting through via phone calls (line not working)?!?!, emails bouncing back and no contact from the business, we've had to at additional cost, purchase elsewhere. Disgusted. You should be ashamed.

Ordered dog food for next day delivery and it didn't turn up but I did get a feedback email?!
Contacted the team and was told the dog food was out of stock and would be for almost a fortnight.
Requested a refund to buy elsewhere and thankfully it was dealt with quickly.

Rang on Friday to question where my subscription order was as were running very low, only to be told everyone finishes early and gone home. Was informed someone would get back to me urgently. Only received a voicemail today being Tuesday to be told I didn't have a subscription and if I want some food to order again. My order clearly states every 6 weeks. I tried to calling the office and mobile several times with no answer. I had to run around all weekend trying to find a supplier of the same food. Will be taking my order elsewhere!

I have been visiting this pet shop for a while now and want to start of buy saying the staff that have been there the last few months while i have been going to the store are lovely however recently i have noticed a dog in the store behind the counter and a new staff member (am only assuming the link). The last two times i came into the store the dog has ran at me both times. As a pet store that allows pets inside having dog that clearly cant be controlled ran out at people/dogs as soon as they enter is not good. Someone that could be there for cat food and not overly comfortable with dogs have a big German Shepard run at you could be scary, that is not acceptable. The dog isn't being watched closely and cant be controlled.
