Naren from Just Badminton has been supplying Markland Hill Racquets Club with shuttlecocks for the past few years. The service is always first-class - quick easy and well-priced. We just have to ring up and we receive our shuttles within a matter of days.
I Purchased some Badminton shoes for my son on a Monday, heard nothing so emailed about delivery dates on the Friday and without any other communication I suddenly get a refund. So it looks like they list out of stock items, take your money, don't communicate and then refund you. Poor customer service.

I ordered Yonex ASTROX 100 ZZ 4u/3u racking with cutomised string for £177.99 from this company, two weeks after I received the item and only played twice, I found the two ends of the string come out of the holes of racking, as the string was not fitted properly. I contacted to the seller, and offered to pay the return postage and get the string repaired, the seller refused to do so, and said they do not offer warranty on the string. Very poor service and poor company to deal with.
The customer service claimed that it would be my fault for the fautly string, and the string could break itself even I stored in car boots without touching it.
I would advice real caution and avoid using just-badminton.co.uk, I should have read google review before I made the order, as I am not the only one who had the similar issue.
Terrible experience ordering my very first badminton racket. Item arrived damaged and was dreadfully packaged with absolute zero packaging inside - it was just a large box with the loose racket knocking about inside.
The customer service representative continually implied that it was my fault and emailed back saying I would have to send it back at my own cost. They seem sure that I've played with it and caused the damage despite me being able to hard prove that I emailed them within 5 minutes of receiving the item. They kept telling me things such as "we've packaged this way for 5 years and it's never happened" and "we sent out 9 others that day and no one else's was damaged" - as in to say its obviously me who is at fault.
Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful and I would advice real caution and avoid using just-badminton.co.uk at all cost.
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
