Excellent customer service
We were in the Bridgend area looking at a car for my son which was not suitable. We found a similar car at Just Drive but unfortunately it had been sold. The salesman Gavin said while you are in the area call in as we have a wide range of vehicles. We saw a VW polo which was immaculate and my son took it for a test run and was happy with it. Gavin is very friendly knowledgeable and professional and is no way a pushy salesman. He talked us through everything and the process was easy from start to finish. We picked up the car 4 days later and as promised it had been serviced had a new MOT and 3 new tyres. My son is over the moon with his car. If I ever needed a second hand car again I wouldn’t hesitate in dealing with Gavin at Just Drive and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Gavin for all your help.

We have a delighted son
A very smooth process buying a first car for our son.
Gavin was friendly and helpful.
The car was serviced and MOT’d before we collected the car.

Just Drive car dealership 10/10 from me
Just nipped into Just Drive on the off chance they had something l was looking for. Was met by Gavin and explained the sort of car l wanted and he pointed me in the direction of a very nice Astra. A quick rundown on previous owners, service history etc and Gavin was handing me the keys for a test drive. I decided on the way back to the garage l wanted it and made Gavin an offer which he accepted.
In all, it was a very pleasant and friendy experience, Gavin explained everything clearly.
If you are looking for a car l would recomend you nip into Just Drive by Pencoed McDonalds just on the off chance Gavin has something there you are looking for.

Suzuki Swift Sport...
I was looking for a replacement Suzuki Swift Sport and spotted one on the AA website at Just Drive. Visited the site to view the car and met Gavin the salesman who was super helpful with no pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and the Swift was exactly as described and prepped to a high standard. All the cars on the site looked good quality. I agreed to buy the car and gave Gavin a list of things I'd like sorted. 4 days later I collected the Swift and all the little jobs had been sorted and the car was gleaming inside and out. Gavin went through all the paper work, taxed the car, arranged the free breakdown and warranties etc and I was away. Fantastic, hassle free service. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal experience ✨️
I honestly can't Fault Gavin and the guys at just drive myself and my husband are now on our 3rd car from the dealership and always have such a pleasant experience serviced, mot and valeted to extreamly high standard (considering I have OCD) Amazing car dealership, nothing is ever too much. Very friendly. Very polite
Always kept in touch with updates etc and make sure car had everything sorted on it before having. Mot, service etc.
