Quality is absolutely awful
Quality is absolutely awful. Temu quality at John Lewis prices. I paid £71 for 2mtrs of fabric Inc delivery and I've used better for bandage. Holding it up its so thin its translucent. It has no body or substanceto it. The pattern and colours are dull and look washed out.
There is another company called Just Fabrics who have a good reputation and who I contacted to complain. They explained it wasn't them I'd dealt with.
I've been royally ripped off.
This fabric isn't suitable for upholstery, soft furnishings, or even clothing.
I've emailed asking thus company how I can complain and I've recieved a generic email saying they are working through their inbox.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the fabric you have received.
The Linmere fabric is a high quality, premium fabric made from Linen and Viscose. This is lighter than some of our other fabrics due to the natural composition.
We do offer a free sampling service that allows customers to order a sample before placing an order. This is to ensure that the colour and feel of the fabric is suitable.
I can see that you sent us an email yesterday evening and although we work hard to get back to customers as quickly as possible, we do advise to allow up to 48 hours for a response. I have responded to your email so please keep an eye out for this.
Once again, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the fabric you have received on this occasion and I would recommend ordering samples before placing any orders in the future.

Prompt customer services response
Ordered samples over a week ago. Still waiting for some of them Ordered blind fitting paid £10 carriage still waiting 4 working days later??? Prompt response to above. Courier issues with the blind but samples re requested.

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order as of yet.
I can see that your order was dispatched on the same day that your order was placed so I am ever so sorry that this hasn't been delivered.
It appears that there may have been a delay with the courier however this is being sorted to go out for delivery. We would hope for this to be delivered tomorrow however if I do see any further issues on the tracking information, I will be in touch.
If you could please email orders@justfabrics.co.uk to confirm which samples you are missing, we can of course arrange for these to be resent.

FANTASTIC,
Absolutely fanbloodytastic customer care and attention to detail. I had a few issues due to the couriers limitations on delivery to the area I live in.
However after emailing Just Fabric we got the delivery sorted,and the fabrics purchased. I called to make the payment and spoke with Elizabeth who was lovely, helpful and made the process a delight.
Well done Just Fabric, great job and fantastic staff.
