Generally poor
Beautiful fabrics but really poor customer service. I ordered two lots of samples in separate shipments and then two lengths of fabric in one shipment. The samples came incomplete with no explanation. I received the final samples only after emailing. The two lengths simply didn’t arrive. On emailing it appeared one would be out of stock until halfway through the following month. I suggested sending what they did have and finally got a refund for the second piece but I’ve no idea what would have happened if I weren’t constantly emailing. Phone number doesn’t work and email responses were slow until I expressed how poor the level of communication was.

I am ever so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the customer service you have received on this occasion. Looking through your email chain, I can see that my colleagues had responded to your emails on the same days that you had contacted us however I do apologise if you were unable to reach us via telephone.
I do apologise that you were missing some of the samples from your order. I can see that the available samples were sent ahead and you should have received an update to let you know that the remaining samples were out of stock. We do have a process in place to update our customers, however I will raise this with our warehouse manager to ensure that this process is followed in the future.
Unfortunately it does appear that one of the fabrics on your order was out of stock and delayed with supplier so I am ever so sorry that you hadn't been notified of this before contacting us. This feedback has been sent across to our Purchasing team as we do try to update our customers with any delays.
Once again, we are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you have received on this occasion an we hope to improve your opinion of our business in the future.

Oil cloth a bit thin
Great quick delivery.The oil cloth was delivered on a roll which was fabulous as there were no crease lines. Print of the fabric is great but I was a little disappointed with the thickness of the fabric. Very thin for the price with little weight to it. Not what I was expecting .

Usually fabulous service from here but on this occasion one of the Roman blind headrails I purchased was damaged on arrival (no indication from the packaging that it happened in transit). A replacement is being sent but it has delayed my job by a few days which is a bit frustrating.

Good quality
I had a dreadful delay in the delivery of fabric purchased in a previous order which required emails etc to finally get sent. Some sort of overselling problem. This order was sent promptly so hopefully my previous experience was a glitch.
Very pleased with the quality of this fabric. Every bit as colourful as shown on the website.
