Good quality
I had a dreadful delay in the delivery of fabric purchased in a previous order which required emails etc to finally get sent. Some sort of overselling problem. This order was sent promptly so hopefully my previous experience was a glitch.
Very pleased with the quality of this fabric. Every bit as colourful as shown on the website.

Excellent customer service. This is my second purchase with…
This is my second purchase with Justfabrics and I find the whole experience, from navigating the website, to ordering, and delivery, a totally good one.
I live in Spain and my first order was delivered there, this time it seems they do not deliver here, however I coordinated it with a visit to the UK and there have been no problems.
Love dealing with this company, so professional and fabulous customer service.

Lovely fabric
Lovely fabric. Received within the week. Unfortunately one piece was stained so had to return and was sent another piece. Would have given 5 stars other than i had to chase the replacement fabric as it wasn’t sent.

I do apologise for the issues with delivery, I can see that the courier attempted multiple times to deliver your parcel however the attempts appear to have been unsuccessful.

I am ever so sorry that you haven't received your order as of yet.
I can see that this was dispatched 2 days after your order was placed however there appears to have been issues with the courier. We are ever so sorry this.
We have been chasing the courier daily for an update however this doesn't appear to have been resolved as of yet.
We have arranged for a replacement to be dispatched today so as soon as this has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the tracking information.

Took payment for goods and did not deliver for 3 weeks, despite serval follow up emails. I have used this company for 10 years and can honestly say they have become worse. I will not use this company again.

I am ever so sorry for the delay with your order. Unfortunately we had experienced delays receiving one of your fabrics from our supplier. We are ever so sorry for this. I can see that once our Purchasing team had been made aware of the delay, they chased the supplier daily for an update.
Unfortunately as we hadn't received an update, I can see that my colleague had offered to cancel the outstanding fabric and arrange for the rest of your order to be sent. As you had confirmed that you would like to go ahead with your order, our purchasing team continued to chase the supplier for a response.
I can see that our warehouse team dispatched this on the same day your fabric was received into our warehouse and this was delivered the following working day.
I am ever so sorry that you are disappointed with the service you have received on this occasion and we hope to improve your opinion of our business if you do choose to shop with us in the future.
