No idea how on earth people can give these guys a bad review, when they are absolutely fantastic. Read there Google and Facebook reviews nothing but 5 stars 🌟

Arrived to see as described Mark X Tom's Version no.29 of 100, two staff were present looking a bit awkward even shifty as we pulled up ,walked up to them they started smiling & we started the viewing. Test drive went well then one of the two sellers (both were present) made a point of showing me the 50th anniversary celebratory box he only half opened it to show the numbered key tag then shut the box but was enough for me to see they had removed the rare "Special Version" spare boot badge which you cannot replace, he walks off shortly after & leaves me with his collegue, i then ask his collegue about it, his answer was "oh i'm not sure to be honest , not even 2mins later he walks over to his collegue near the unit whispering, then the original guy who showed us the box his attitude had changed & wasnt so friendly anymore, since then justjapimports have ignored requests to give our £100 back even though at the start they said if a sale doesnt happen we give it back. The badge in question is still in advert to say its present accompanied with a photo eslewhere in the ad. This dishonesty & rudeness on & off phones whilst he was trying to sell me the Mark X i felt it very unprofessional as two were present one could of dealt with calls. He asked as we were leaving saying you definetly want the other car then? This other car in question had yet to arrive at Justjapimports but by then i knew my money was going elsewhere, since then i bought a Tom's version Aristo from a true down to earth car dealer (SCSAUTOS) in Watford who even collected me & my partner from the train station to take us to dealership

I bought a Honda stepwgn from Jes in January 25. I’ve imported 2 cars before but not through here. Absolutely superb vehicle, top notch. Fully prepared with a service and new battery. Jes kept me up to date while waiting. Able to test drive when arrived. The service I received was brilliant, they definitely seem to want to send out good cars. They showed us round, proper JDM car garage. Very impressive, I will 100% use for my next JDM. I can’t quite believe I’ve got such a mint van. Thanks.

Excellent service from Jes and all the Team @ JustJapImports and this is clearly a company that wants to please the customer.

Honest description and photographs of the car.
Brilliant communication throughout.
Straightforward transaction and at no point did I feel harassed or stressed with the procedure. Was not disappointed with my Honda when it arrived.
Fantastic guys, highly recommended.
