Just Property Opiniones

Just Property were engaged to sell a property in Hastings when we were not always there. They were courteous and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently. we were very pleased by the service offered by Ashley Hodd and the other staff that we dealt with.

We sold our property with this company and have to say they were great!! We had probate to deal with and was not straight forward and took months to sort, just property kept the buyer and us informed all the way and thanks to them we completed the sale
Would highly recommend them.

Thanks so much Rebecca

Just Property have provided us with such an excellent service from beginning to end. They were extremely supportive and communication was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking to start the stressful process of selling their property. Colin and his team are truly the best.

We have recently used Just Properties for our move to Bexhill Old Town. They were helpful and attentive at all times. Time and effort was taken with the photos of our property and I felt they were amazing, especially with the drone shots. They also kept us informed on how our sale and purchase were progressing, so we knew exactly what was happening at all times. The whole team are friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was planning to sell their home.

We had the pleasure of working with Just Property to sell our house, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From day one, they were incredibly helpful, offering clear advice and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. They made sure we understood each step and were always available to answer any questions. Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly and approachable, which made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. Their dedication and personal touch made a huge difference, and we are so grateful for their support. We highly recommend Just Property to anyone looking to sell their property!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Colin Siggs, Just Property Director during our search for a new home. He provided a five-star service that exceeded our expectations in every way. I cannot thank Colin enough for everything he has done for us! Literally, I feel like I have no words to describe my experience. Colin was pleasure to work with, and he kept us informed and updated throughout the duration of the purchase. With that being said he went absolutely above and beyond with our house purchase!

Our sale felt through, Colin wasn't the Agent selling our property, our agency was Fox and Son's who didn't care, and let us down from the minute we signed the contract. Colin stepped in and brought the sale back to life, so we could continue with the purchase of our dream house we found through Just Property.

Everyone at Just Property is very professional and efficient, Colin clearly leads by example. His approachable demeanour and positive attitude made the entire process less stressful. He made us feel comfortable and treated us with such a respect and kindness.

Due to poor service we have received from Fox and Son's we were quite emotional even heart broken at times, but Colin truly cared and made sure we reminded positive, he did this even out of his working hours. He was just unbelievable, so supportive and at the same time determined. Fox and Sons haven't been in touched at all, it was Just Property who communicated with his clients, us as well as our buyers, including all chain solicitors and lenders. It was Colin who managed to exchange our contracts. I just can't find the words, his work ethic, knowledge and care is really just unbelievable and so rare, we will be grateful until rest of our life.

If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you and find your perfect home, and is supporting you all the way through, someone who stick by their clients as well as buyers look no further than Colin and his team. In the last 13 years I have dealt with countless estate agents companies across England. Just property is THE BEST. Family estate agency, who provides outstanding service!

Just property, we will use you again with a heartbeat. I'm impressed with the way you go the extra mile to ensure your clients stay happy. You set a great example for all estates agencies! Colin, if everyone is like you and your company this world will be a better place. Keep it up and thank you once again.

The O'Neils!

We had a difficult sale with a very short time between exchange of contracts and completion. Ashley Hodd of Just Properties was very good at keeping us in the picture as details unfurled with near daily updates on the phone. He put our minds at rest that the sale would get to completion and we are very grateful of his services. We would have no problem recommending hm to others.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service from Ben in Fairlight.

Ben has been so helpful throughout the process of being a first time buyer.
Approachable and patient which is just the kind of person you want at the end of a phone when you’re getting nowhere with solicitors 😆
Can’t fault Just Property Fairlight and although I don’t plan on moving again any time soon I will say that when the time comes we will be using them again.
Great service all round and everyone I’ve spoken to in the office has been really friendly!

Very professional from start to finish, Harry showed us around a property and then came and valued ours, great friendly, honest, no BS but knew his stuff. Nice work buddy.

I cannot recommend Just Property enough, particularly the Bexhill team.
Moving house at the best of times is stressful, and our was came with lots of stresses and strains- but the support and reassurance from the team throughout has been second to none! The team are incredibly professional, they really had our best interests at heart when selling our property, I really liked how they were open, honest and transparent throughout the process.
All of the team were incredible and I’m sure at some point I talked to Everton but I particularly need to thank the following staff members: Ollie, for being the first estate agent that was open, honest and kind, you generally wanted to helped and we didn’t feel like you were just trying to get our business.
Issy and Isla, were always so incredibly kind on the phone and really fighting our corner at times!
Big thank you to Harry for helping us finally seal the deal with new buyers and working hard to get everything done before your work day finished!
But my biggest thank you is to Colin, who was in charge of our sale, no phonecall or email was ever to much for you, you spent so much time reassuring me and really fighting to protect our chain. Colin went 100000% and beyond with dealing with our potential exchanging when boarding a plane to go on holiday as we had come so far and he didn’t not want to finish the job! Colin was so lovely communicate with and helped make light of situations!

Colin and the team were so incredibly helpful! Would most definitely recommend Just Property!

I called Just Property due to a change in my circumstances and needed a home valuation. Such an easy process, staff on the phone were really helpful and friendly. I was booked in within days of my call.
Austin turned up, really nice and friend put me at ease.
He was so considerate and understanding to my specific requirements, were able to help and advise me.
Nice to have that personal touch. Hoping to sell next year-2025. I would only use Just Property, wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Austin
Highly recommend 🙂👍

Another first class service from Colin, Austin and team - thank you so much for your advice, guidance and communications. Highly recommend them as an estate agent, they always go over and above.

From start to finish Just Property have been great!
Myself and my partner found the house of our dreams. From the first call to view the property, to putting in and getting the offer accepted, and the communication throughout has been outstanding. They have made what can be a stressful time....Stress Free!!

Will definitely be recommend these to people i know.

Ben Howell the manager in the Fairlight branch is the most outstanding estate agent we've ever met. He, unlike so many others, has excellent interpersonal skills, and manages to combine these with in-depth knowledge, and professionalism.
He really ought to be a partner, as people like him are a rarity these days. Thank you so much Ben ⭐️

This was the Estate agent for sellers but Colin was more than helpful to us in chasing up all participants in our purchase of the property when things were getting tardy. Done with speed and good humour all through. Would be happy to use again if the need arose

Ashley was very polite, friendly, professional and helpful.
As well as all that, Ashley was patient and had a nice sense of humour which goes a long way for customer service in business, and in my experience of recent years has become rare. Thank you Ashley for your efficiency and great communication skills👍thank you just property.

A real cut above all other estate agents.
A real human touch and a due diligence of their job which is excellent.
Ben and Ashley were wonderful and Ashley pestered and followed the chain from the first link to the last to ensure all links were ok.
I couldn't recommend them more favourably.

I recently sold my property through Just Property, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Their valuation at the outset was accurate and they were proactive in navigating the market to achieve a great price for my home.

The team was incredibly professional and attentive during viewings—always ensuring little details like asking visitors to remove their shoes to protect our cream carpets. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and care throughout the process.

A special mention goes to Colin, who was outstanding in managing the chain and ensuring everything proceeded smoothly. He went above and beyond, often providing updates even on his days off, which gave me real peace of mind during what can be a stressful time.

Overall, the entire team at Just Property went above and beyond my expectations, handling everything with professionalism and dedication. I’m thrilled with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
