I spoke to Jasleen over the phone and she was incredibly helpful. Clear communication and incredible customer service - unlike any other real estate business. I really recommend Galaxy and appreciate the time and energy the lettings team gave to me.

I am the freehold owner of a well-known pub in Hounslow. I was extremely concerned to discover that Galaxy Real Estate had advertised my property for sale despite, to the best of my knowledge, having received absolutely no instruction or authority from me to market or sell the property.

I have never appointed Galaxy Real Estate and have never previously had any dealings with them.

I emailed a formal complaint to the company, including to its director, Mr G Singh, asking for an explanation. At the time of writing, I have received no satisfactory response.

I have also tried to establish what professional bodies, trade associations and relevant regulatory or redress organisations Galaxy Real Estate belongs to. From the information I have been able to find, I have not been able to verify membership of any recognised property trade association or professional organisation. I have also been unable to verify their registration with the relevant mandatory property redress arrangements that I would expect an estate agent carrying out this type of work in England to have.

If Galaxy is properly registered or holds relevant professional memberships, I would welcome them providing the details publicly.

As a property owner, I consider advertising a property for sale without the owner’s authority to be an extremely serious matter. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Galaxy Real Estate or deal with them.

I would like Galaxy to explain clearly who instructed them to advertise my property, what authority they relied upon, what checks they carried out before marketing it, and which redress scheme and professional bodies they are registered with.. I have complaint by emailed to the director Mr G Singh but no response. Typical 3rd class dodgy estate agents. Don’t deal with Galaxy. I believe mostly fake reviews here from his friends and community.Galaxy is not member of ANY trade associations or any other professional organisations hence very shady people

Galaxy Real Estate sales team was professional and helped me in my property selling, making the process smooth and easy.

I have made numerous attempts to contact this company as they have a vacant commercial property that I WAS very interested in renting. I tried various emails & telephone numbers. Left numerous messages / correspondence & at no point did anyone get back to me.

Absolute waste of time and energy, these people don't seem to have any clue as to how to deal with customers, never return any calls, do not answer emails etc etc.
The website does not contain even basic sales info that is required on properties. If I could give any lower rating I would do.
