Just Property Opiniones

The agent, Austin, was very approachable and friendly and assessed the bungalow thoroughy before sitting down for a detailed talk. After going through his findings and presenting the options, I came away with a clear picture of my situation and felt able to make my next move. I can whole heartedly recommend Austin to anyone needing help and advice.

All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. From my first encounter with the company where one of the agents made an itinerary for me, including telling me where to park and allowing enough time to travel and get a coffee between viewings, right through to the eventual completion of my property purchase, the communication has been excellent. Every email or call has been immediately responded to, the staff have offered wisdom and good advice and I trust and like them. I can totally recommend this company.

Colin and his team provided great support to us in selling our family home in Hastings Old Town. They were very personable, communication was excellent, they were very accommodating to our requirements and they responded very quickly to any queries and actions. They demonstrated a very good understanding of the market and secured us a good deal.

Every stage of the process showed a high standard of teamwork. The team is important when you are desperate for information and the person who normally deals with you is busy.

Just Property we’re diligent in every aspect of my sale and all extremely friendly and open.

Highly recommended.

The transaction has gone through fairly quickly!

"Working with Ashley Hodd at Just Property  was a fantastic experience. As a buyer, I really appreciated how they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other agents, they didn’t waste my time with properties that didn't fit my criteria. Their deep knowledge of the Hastings  market was invaluable, and they ultimately helped me find my dream home in just few weeks. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in this area!

Just Property Hastings is a truly friendly and professional team. We would highly recommend their office when buying or selling a property. Colin and his hard working colleagues were extremely helpful every step of the way. Wendy and Glyn

I would highly recommend Just Property.
Selling and buying a house can be extremely stressful!
Kyle from the Hastings branch was consistently very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, also reassuring throughout when things weren’t going so smoothly.
I’m not planning on ever moving again but if I did I would know where to go.
Thank you so much Kyle

We have just sold our flat in Hastings in a difficult market. Throughout the several months it was for sale Just Property team were professional, hard working, friendly and persistent. This is what you want when especially when any sale is hard won. The team have an in depth knowledge of the town’s property market which is very reassuring for clients. Having an office in a prominent location in the old town is a definite plus, even in the era of Rightmove.

Had hoped to review earlier than this, and I don't do this often, but everyone we dealt with at Just Property were fantastic. We had not considered JP for selling our property which is a shame considering how great they were with our purchase. Would not hesitate to use them for selling our property in the future (albeit not for many years to come)!

Late in reviewing, but still remember the positive experience with Just Property. Communication was superb, nothing too much trouble. All the staff were helpful, and willing to help. Had most dealings with Ashley and Harry, and poor Hadley showing me around the house I was buying a few times, without a hint of annoyance :). Would definitely sell through them again and would have a sigh of relief if another purchase was made through them. All very good.

8 weeks between sale and purchase if you want results just property are the agents to go to .
Sold at the asking price to the first viewers through the door .
Ben at fairlight office was excellent and kept us informed throughout .

Helpful, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Lovely team. Thank you for your support

I cannot thank Issey, Austin and the team at Just Property enough. Professional and friendly, fast and efficient - they helped me sell my parents property so quickly. It just took 8 weeks from being put on the market to completion and all done before Christmas! Issey was amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just Property!

We have just sold with Just Property Bexhill and can't fault how hard working, friendly and professional they were, always keeping us updated ,we would definitely use them again.

We recently sold a previously tenanted property through Just Property. The whole team are amazing.

Austin gave us fantastic and sensible/appropriate suggestions on what to do to improve the property prior to putting it on the market. The marketing of the property was brilliantly done by Harry and they did everything possible to fit around our timescales and availability. They achieved a high number of viewings and we received feedback each and every time. We went under offer within 9 days in excess of the sales price. Everyone worked together as a team to get the best results. Ashley guided us seamlessly through the post offer to completion stage keeping us all informed and nudging the process along. We completed today and we couldn't be happier. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Property and will happily use them again!

I’d highly recommend Just Property. Everyone I encountered there was professional and communicative at all times, and secured a quick sale for me.

Many thanks.

I can't thank Just Property enough for the amazing job they did on selling my house and dealing with a very tricky buyer . I am so impressed and would highly recommend Just Property 100% Special thanks to Ashley and Austin .

In a fairly slow market Just sold my property and more importantly the process after the offer from Ashley was brilliant. He was always responsive even with the constant need to chase the buyers solicitor. He more than earned their fee. Ashley was patient and responsive and I had full faith that he was doing the very best for me and the buyer.

We first bought our home through Just Property 8 years ago and have now sold through them as well. Having experienced both sides, we can genuinely recommend them—they’re thorough, professional, and make the whole process smooth. A brilliant experience from start to finish!
