Fantastic service from the Huddersfield branch
A great experience with the chaps at the Huddersfield branch. The job was done well within the appointment window, and they also noticed that a previous fitter had made the error of fitting one of the rear wheels (my car has wider rear wheels) on the front axle!

Can't fault them
Ordered tyres a few days earlier, they were waiting for me for first appointment of the morning, they got on with it and no problems so far, I've used Just Tyres several times and I can't find a reason to change that.

Very friendly and efficient
Very friendly and efficient. I ordered my tyre online and received the best service upon arrival. The manager had my tyre ready and waiting to be fitted. The job was completed with no problem. Would definitely recommend:)

My wife arrived in Huddersfield with a…
My wife arrived in Huddersfield with a puncture at 8:45am this morning, and needed to get to a job for 9. We’re not local, don’t know Huddersfield at all. I called Just Tyres, the guy there went above and beyond to help my wife sort the tyre out but also help her get to her appointment. The man was a lifesaver, the business should be very proud of him. Highly recommend these guys.

Bad customer service
Used Just tyres for some years now.
Until today 29th December 2023.
Rang to ask about 2 new tyres for my landrover freelander, if any was available the young man said yes we have two call down around 1pm today as we are so busy which was perfect timing.
Got to just tyres around 1pm or just after, after a very unfriendly greeting from the young man, said we are to busy now, cannot serve you now, which I understand that he was busy but his attitude was terrible and the way he spoke to my wife wasn't acceptable either.
I'll never use Just tyres again, the older guy that ran it before was a friendly chap and always helpful.
You need a lesson in customer service or you will be out of business or lose good customers.
I've spend over £700 pounds in the last few years not anymore, will never recommend either.
Called at another business in lockwood, friendly and accommodating, spend £280 pounds with them instead.
Outcome I found Just tyres very unfriendly and not interested in my business.
