Firstly I must point out that your employee was on his own, which I'm quite sure isn't a good idea from a health and safety perspective.

However, I'm happy to say that the job was carried out perfectly with no fuss or delay.

Went to my car at 8am and realised I had a flat tyre. Rang Just Tyres in Huddersfield when they opened at 8.30 and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who said just call in and told me the choice of tyres they had in stock. I arrived and my tyre was replaced, shown the big nail in it!
All done and dusted and I got to work on time at 9.15. Great service.

Friendly and fast service. Best price I could find for the tyretoo. Had an issue and they sorted it straight away.
Can highly recommend.
Will be using again.

The service and the staff were great. only thing letting it down was my tyre wasn't there for my appointment, so i had to return the following day. but otherwise it was a positives experience

Very pleasant and friendly staff.

Called the garage upon opening to confirm ordered tyres had arrived for the 9.30am appt. spoke with staff member who was disinterested and unhelpful, had no idea if they had arrived and said he would ring later should he come across the tyres. Called head office to chase this up and then received a call from the manager explaining they were ready for fitting for the appt. Attended and spoke with manager who was very helpful. Attended 2 hours later to collect car whereas manager was not present and had my keys in his pocket.. simple error. Same disinterested staff member very unhelpful.. "theres nowt I can do, youll just have to wait for him to come back, no idea how long he will be". Then went on to start effing and jeffing how bad his day had been ( it was 11.30am ), displaying how much he hated working there. In front of 3 customers. manager later arrived, very apologetic for his error.

When youre spending over £700 at a business, plenty of consideration is made as to the service and value you would receive... not expecting to be subjected to this appalling customer service.

I ordered tyres on line and a specific time slot. All went to plan.

The whole process was easy I picked the tyres I wanted on the website & paid for them. Then booked a convenient time to have them fitted at my local agent. Everything worked like clockwork. Brilliant, will use them again.

Good price for the tyres. turned up early for the appointment and they were straight on it. Friendly guys.
