DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPQNY. Really bad customer service and company. MY husband order a coat for me for Xmas, ehen the parcel arrived it contained 4 pairsnof socks of which the invoice was to a lady in Bristol no where near where I live. I live about 40 miles so not in the same district. When he contacted the company about this they wanted photos . These were sent straight back to the company. On reply they said there was nothing they could do as then parcel had been delivered even though the invoice inside the parcel was not ours and the item was 4 pairs of socks. He ans myef has raised this but this awful company are saying there is nothing they can do about it. Clearly its a error at the packimg department, I have someone socks and they have my.coat. no actual address on invoice so I cannot contact that person either just a name and postcode. Why can they just not accept that this is this companies fault. I will keep.trying as this ruined Xmas slightly.

Terrible delivery service
I am a size 12 and ordered a medium jumper. It is huge and I could fit two people in it. The other issue I have is that the delivery driver did not even bring it to my door. It was found by a passer by in the middle of the road

Some great value styles but still inconsistent …
I have spent over 400 pounds with justyouroutfit.com in 2 months and I am disappointed in the quality of some of the garments. I ordered the velvet tracksuits in 2 different styles and the finish and material is of low quality. I have washed them multiple times and they continue to run colours and fluff. The other co ords I ordered are well made and the quality is better. The inconsistencies are disappointing and can be improved however overall the style and quality of some of the garments for the cost is acceptable.
