had to return as coat too small
the coat was too small and as it was the biggest size available in that coat which was a shame as it was a lovely quality coat and a fantastic price,i returned the coat with no problem and received my refund without problems,really good customer service.

Excessively expensive and late delivery.
Firstly, an exchange from medium to large size took about 2 weeks.
Then I later saw and bought the same coat on a different website for my girl £15 lesser. Same quality.
This is a rip off 3rd party seller.

Great price and quality
I bought some faux leather trousers and was not disappointed! The order arrived quickly, sizing was perfect and quality was great, even after a wash. I will be shopping here again!
