We engaged Kadenwood to advise on the sale of our business, a process none of us had been through before. Their senior team led every stage themselves, from valuation through to closing. The reviews on here are even stranger a lot of the names look like other groups selling the same exact service

Bunch of scammers everything about their firm is so sketchy from their outreach pitching investments or raising capital, I cant find any registration with finra or SEC none of their members are registered they claim to help us raise capital from family office investors but have no assurance of there success none of them are actually in the US which seems even more fishy and contacting us from multiple weird domains

We worked with Louis and the Kadenwood team on financing our recent bolt-ons. The team was involved from the first seller conversations, so they understood each business before we ever got to structure.

In 2023, I decided to sell my shares in a company operating in the sustainable energy sector in the Netherlands, which I had co-founded with two other partners. I engaged Kadenwood to help facilitate the transaction.

Throughout the process, I worked with four or five members of their team. Although this was a relatively small transaction by their standards, they were just as committed and attentive as I would have expected them to be on a much larger deal.

Initially, I was a little hesitant about paying an upfront fee, as it's not something I'm generally a fan of nor do. However, looking back, I'm very glad I did. Within three ish months the transaction was completed, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
