It could actually sell me the product advertised, not a cheap version from China, it could actually state the fact it’s coming from China as well, not just because it’s a crappy version but also the fact it took 6 weeks to arrive.

Not Happy
Bought a set of knives as a Christmas gift in 2021 which carried a 25 year guarantee. After 14 months the enamel started to flake off the handles so I got in touch to ask about a replacement or refund under that guarantee. I was told their guarantee was for 30days only and should get in touch with manufacturer. They said the supplier was responsible to cover.
I have had no luck with either so unfortunately I do not rate this company and would not buy off them again.
The knives were not cheap and doubt very much if they will last 25 years.
Unhappy customer.
