Flex metal spout + 20l jerry…
Bought flex metal spout + 20l jerry can.
When assembled & with fuel, gasket joint between spout & can leaked like a sieve. Phoned & cust. service rep just said - well, we've sold hundreds & they've been OK - his attititude almost querying the veracity of my complaint. So I cut a new thicker gasket & it's now fine. Shouldn't have to do that with a new item - poor customer service.

So much emptyness
The amount of space in the box used, was in my opinion, unnecessary. Having to collect from post office caused me problems.
