They have great communication and realistic updates on tracking. Having a bigger chest being about to get a TRUE custom size is a dream. Trip arrived FIVE days before my event and needing zero fixes.

I was a little unsure when I ordered this dress. However, I was surprised by the quality of the dress.
The fabric feels nice on the skin, and it’s lightweight without being see-through. The fit is true to size.
Definitely worth the price.

Beautiful quality dresses, ordered two different styles and they both arrived in the UK so fast. The custom sizes were perfect.

The online store answered my DMs promptly and gave as much info as they could including a discount code. I wish I’d taken the time to use their custom measurements (for no extra cost). But the design of the dress was beautiful and it arrived quickly too. It was a hit at the event I wore it to. I received so many compliments.

I am genuinely blown away by the exceptional customer service, quality, and commitment the Kalisa team has shown throughout this process. From the moment we connected, they’ve been incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient - going back and forth with me for months to bring my exact vision for my bridesmaids' dresses to life. I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first since I came across Kalisa through an ad and was unfamiliar with the brand, but taking the leap and ordering eight dresses from them was absolutely the right decision. I ordered one of Kalisa's dresses for my pageant event and truly appreciated their custom sizing option. The dress came within a week and I received so many compliments! They have great styles in quality fabric but just note that the material may not have much stretch, so I recommend slightly increasing your waist measurement for a more comfortable fit. Overall, I had a great first experience and will definitely be ordering more soon

Kalisa has become my favorite designer. I cannot pick a favorite because I am obsessed with all the dresses. If I were you, I wouldn’t even think twice about making this purchase. The quality of the dresses are amazing. They also take your body measurements so it fits perfect. And if you don’t have the curves, don’t worry this dress will give you the curves! So if you are ready to have all eyes on you, get the dress!

What went wrong: dress I received and the product details didn’t mention a crucial part to the dresses structure. The mesh is flesh toned and is beige with no customization for different colors to accommodate colors. The model in the pictures it fit her skin tone so perfectly you couldn’t see that’s what was holding up with structure of the top of the dress. The description of the dress didn’t mention the mesh either but stated it had a one shoulder strap.

Customer service: I had to reach out to their team about shipping as two weeks had passed without any updates to the tracking I had received via email. Once contacted the tracking information updated to the next day. (Not sure if this would’ve been completed without me reaching out first) I received the dress a few days later. However, as mentioned above the product description didn’t mention the mesh which holds the structure of the top of the dress. I reached out to them again and expressed my un-satisfaction. They wouldn’t take the return and instead gave me a 30% coupon to shop again. Considering these dresses are $250 more I wish I was able to exchange it for a different dress or they accept the refund. I had to find another option for the event I ordered it for.
