recently subscribed to Kalkine Limited and paid £75.00 for their service. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.

The website itself appears professional and easy to navigate, with a wide range of financial research and investment-related content. However, the actual service did not meet my expectations.

The biggest issue has been customer support. After deciding to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, I attempted to contact them multiple times via email and phone, but received no response. This lack of communication is frustrating and concerning, especially when dealing with paid financial services.

Additionally, the after-sales support has been poor, which significantly impacts trust and overall user experience.

You get reports on different stocks, and weekly calls on what stocks to buy etc. Lilly has been great with the calls, and manage to call weekly. If I'm unable to pick up calls, she sends an email for the action required.

Sandy and Lily at Kalkine have been great to work with. I'm able to consistently make around 15% gains on a lot of the short term recommendations they send me. I don't invest in all of them, i do s fair amount of due diligence before investing, but the ones i have invested in so far have been a success. Thanks so much guys, always a pleasure to work with.

Cold call. Not great English, couldn’t understand the difference between Wednesday and Thursday. Told me how the service was free and didn’t take a cut or commission. When I queried how the company made money I was eventually told they charge £99 to be registered. Had a look at the company accounts and asked how a business which is so amazing only has £113000 in capital at last produced accounts. Was told that business head office was in India so profits went there. Asked the guy if that meant they were dodging tax in the UK which he couldn’t answer. Sounded very wolf of Wall Street to me

Asian scammers with thick accent trying to sell a silly portfolio of stock management, very dodgy and pushy tactics used, watch out they always call from unsuspected mobile phone number.

Lilly is very knowledgeable and advised on which trades to open.

Initial experience was not that great but that was changed by Sita, by being reliable and giving tips ag regular intervals.

Have worked with a few people in Kalkine now, Lily is the best of them. I have had regular calls with general recommendations with most of them being bang on target. It is a great analysis from the team.

Provides good stock pick recommendations and is very transparent in its dealings. Discusses risk apetite and investment goals at the onset and provides recommendations accordingly.
