I have been a client with Kalkine for the past six months. I initially joined with their base plan, and as I became more interested in learning about stocks, I decided to deepen my understanding.

Once I felt more comfortable, I connected with their senior advisor, Mohammad. He is not just a stock market advisor but also provides valuable guidance on overall financial matters. Working with him has been a great learning experience—he not only gives stock recommendations but also teaches how to analyze momentum and identify the potential of stocks.

I am very happy to have Mohammad as my advisor. It’s important to understand that not every recommendation will result in profit, as the market is inherently volatile, and losses can occur. However, the Kalkine team consistently provides proper stop-loss strategies to help minimize losses and protect investments. They also guide on reinvesting funds wisely.

Overall, I am very satisfied to be a client of Kalkine and grateful to have chosen Mohammad as my advisor.

I was sold a package and then upsold another package. Unfortunately my rep. got sick and did not fulfill his agreement with me. After a month and a half of no contact they reached out to me to offer me another upsale package. I said no, not until this agreement runs it s course. It was 4 months. They gave me 8 recommondations in that time, 7/8 lost money. They have refused to return my emails or calls. I would not recommend this company.

Got called on my mobile repeatedly, even thought I never gave them my number

Insisted to talk or send me an email no matter how many times I said I wasn't interested in their service

Called me from different numbers at least 3 times even when I kept blocking numbers they called from

Somehow had my email address even though I never gave that to them either

I am writing to formally address a service agreement issue and request a pro-rated refund for services not rendered.
In early July, I was contacted by your representative, Nick, regarding the email service I had initially opted for. During our discussion, he proposed an upgrade to an "elevated service" package. This was presented as a monthly subscription of $230 with an 18-month contract, offering specific asset names, and timing for buying and selling.
Following this conversation, I discovered a single deduction of $4678 from my account instead of the agreed-upon monthly charge. When I inquired about this discrepancy, Nick informed me that this was for a high-value, discounted package covering the entire 18-month duration upfront, leaving me no practical option but to accept the charge.
The service commenced around July 18th. For the first two months, Nick provided regular guidance on dividend and growth stocks, including specific buy, hold, and sell recommendations, as promised. However, after that initial period, the frequency and quality of communication declined significantly.
Crucially, as of October 6th, the service and all communication from Nick stopped entirely.I tried to call him multiple times at 343-700-0793 to connect, but it went to voice mail everytime.

I received active service for a period of less than three months (July 18th to October 6th), yet I have paid for the full 18 months upfront. The terms of the agreement were not fulfilled after October 6th.
I request your urgent attention to this matter. I am seeking a refund for the remaining unused portion of my 18-month contract, along with any applicable taxes charged for the service that was not provided.
Please investigate this situation immediately and provide me with a clear plan of action within five (5) business days.
After that 2 different people contact since then, but none of them helped me with those charges and trading. for last 6 months I m only getting the default mails nothing more than that. Please think before paying such scammer .

While I do manage my investments myself and have a fair market knowledge, I am not an active stock market investor or short-term trader. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me on how can I benefit from the research reports I have subscribed to and other available reports that I might be interested in.
