Nearly missed plane
Took 55 minutes from first call to get car taken on way out to Holiday, nearly missed the plane , one of thee most stressful experiences of the last year. Took an hour from phone call on returning home, not stressful just painful and boring. Avoid avoid avoid!

By far the worst service I have ever received.
Had my car booked for meet and greet T5 heathrow amd even though it took them 40 minutes to collect the car when I 1st gor the the airport that was nothing compared to when I returned.
I called them to ask for me car back amd.was told we are really busy we can't bring the car I would have to wait. 1 hour later still no car so called back with the same answer. It took a whole nother hour just to get them to finally make their way. After waiting for two and a half hours I finally got my car back just to find out they forgot the key so it took almost 3 hours in total to get my car, not even a apologie or anything. I will never be booking with them again and I would recommend no one else book with them. They very very unprofessional in all aspects of their operations.
Very Cheap Meet&Greet - but it worked. Albeit with a slight wait.
This was the cheapest Meet&Greet I've booked and I was honestly nervous.
On the morning of drop off we had to call a couple of times to get through - but we did.
When we got to the airport, the driver was waiting and ready.
Only reason for dropping a star was when we returned home... we unfortunately had to wait 30 mins extra as there were no drivers available. Disappointing as we landed on time - so drivers should have been available.
Would we use this company again? I would say, probably yes. Apart from the wait at the end - the service was fine and there were no issues.

The worst absolute cowboys DO NOT USE. They called us on the day of parking and asked when we were coming and gave us a close time earlier than when booked (probably off out with the lads ). It took time getting to the airport on our outward journey . When arriving back, they followed their instructions; they came 1.5
hours later and were always 10 mins away . Not a professional company; clearly a man who had an idea but doesn’t have a clue . Would not trust them again . Sadly, I booked through a comparison site . My advice: go to Heathrow parking directly, pay extra, keep your own keys, and then you go home straight away, not
on their time . If I could give Minis 5, I would not be sure of the company name either, so I am adding a review to all as they are using different business names, so be aware.
Shocking service
Shocking service. Booked through comparetheairport parking... which makes it impossible to know the provider before you get there.
Called 30 min before arrival as advised. Still had to wait another 30 min before they arrived. Other providers said Kangaroo are always late
On the return we had to wait 1hour50 minutes for the car! Absolute joke.
They said huge backlog... but they have each bookings flight time arrival and date so there's no excuse
Also weirdly, when I got my car back the rubber on BOTH windscreen wipers had split. It wasn't like this when I dropped it with them (it was raining when I dropped so I had used them) but I can't see how they could have done anything to them (unless switched them) so maybe it was a coincidence and they were about to break anyway.
I will never use meet and greet services again, I've had problems with purple parking at Gatwick before too... though never had to wait as long as this time.
Going forward I'll book long stay and use the shuttle as to wait almost 2 hours to get your car back is outrageous.
Looking at reviews now, it seems to be the norm for this company

Avoid unless you have time to wait for yiur car
Drop of was simple and straightforward, however on return phoned after luggage collection as request to be informed there was a delay and to wait in the terminal to receive a call. After an hour I phoned for an update to be informed that they were waiting for drivers and again to await a call. After another hour I phoned to now be informed my car had been delivered to the car park 30 minutes before. I was informed someone had phone me 3 times however no call received and no missed calls !!! My car was abandoned in the car park and would still be there if I hadn't phoned. This left me with an additional exit bill to the one planned for and obviously a delay in receiving my car of more than 2 hours. It's completely unacceptable. Meet and greet was booked for speed and convenience and unfortunatley it was neither. Not even an apology from the company.

Never use this company. They're a nightmare.
For my return, had to wait for 2 hours for the car at the terminal. The phone guy was extremely rude. He purposely delayed my car delivery. I would never advise anyone to go with this company, ever.
I had an unwell child, there was no consideration. The phone was never answered, and when the guy picked up my call, he told me off instead of apologising. Never use them

Problems at both drop off and pick up.
Drop off: Car was booked for 7am drop off. I called at 6:20am to advise I was going to be 15mins late to which the response was to call back 20mins before I am expected to be at the airport which I did. Once at the airport, I called 7 times before they answered the phone. We waited 40mins for the driver to arrive - had to go to check in then back to the car in case the check in gates closed. The driver did not apologise when he arrived - and parking cost £13.50 as they were late. Pick up was scheduled for 1pm. I called at 11:45am to advise our flight had arrived early and that we would be at the car for 12:30pm. The driver arrived at 1:10pm, and persistently called 4 times over 3 minutes when I told him I was awaiting the lift. The driver didn’t wait around. Upon getting in to my car, the car seemed to have a flat tyre with the car driving uneven. Given 2 stars as no body work issues that I have noticed and less than 15miles driven. I would not recommend this company. Spend the extra money for your peace of mind and to avoid waiting around.

No one answering the phone, eventually got through to be advised "unsure how long you will have to wait for the return of your vehicle". Waited 2.5hours.
Zero customer service, no apologies.
Travelling with a vulnerable adult with medical & mobility issues so expected a Meet & Greet service as advertised. NOT RECOMMENDED

My parking was from 4am at Heathrow T3. As described I call them 20mins prior arriving to T3. That was exactly 4am. No one answered. Then I tried 3-4times, nothing. We arrived to T3 with my family at 04:20. They picked up a phone at 4:25. They said 15mins and the driver will be there. He was coming at 5:15... Pictures taken from car etc, without any instructions left, like a slip or note or a sign he picked up a car. Was a bit scary to leave the car with someone like that. I had a gps in it so could follow, was absolutely fine.
We came home a week after, picked up our luggages, call them. They said could not find any driver they are busy. After 10mins called me they do not dind my car under this booking, no one picked up my car, started stressing what the hell?!?! Then they found it after 30mins. 2hrs gone between the first phone call and delivering my car. What was maybe my fault, I booked the parking up to 5pm. We were ready at the airport at 3pm, but did not know they will really stretch the timing...I thought they are flexible. So do not recommend them. But at least my car was delivered how I dropped.
Not worth the cheaper pricing..
We booked last minute and they managed to accommodate us last minute. Pick up was fine. On our return (we arrived at 1700 and were ready by 1730), they told us we would have to wait for our car to be dispatched. We have two young children so this wasn’t ideal .. we waited nearly 2 hours for them to drop our car off to us. Def not worth the cheaper prices.

Please don’t choose this idiots, they don’t know anything just thinking like kangaroos. No planning no time frame. Wast of time. My total flight duration is 1hrs and 5 minutes. After arriving I need to wait for another 1 hrs to collect my car. Total rubbish

Late to collect the car which was an extra £11. On return I was told give them 30 minutes and come up to collect the car. I waited a further 30 minutes and was told the driver would call me when 15 mins away. This went on for about two hours. They then said they could not find my key and the car was blocked in. They eventually said we can drop you home and deliver the car to your house. I accepted this as was feeling unwell. The driver that took us home said he would be back shortly. I then received another call to say that it was not going to be possible to the drop car off today and they would do it in the morning. Fast forward to 9 am New Year’s Day when I say I will call the police if I do not get my car back. I ask for the postcode and eventually they give it to me. On my way to pick up car my ring goes off and lo and behold my car is outside my house. This company is an absolute shower, they gob you off don’t answer the phone and give you empty promises. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I was extremely nervous after I read the reviews of Kangaroo Parking but I have to say that I cannot rate them more highly.
As requested I rang them when I thought I was 30 mins from the terminal but, because of traffic jams, I arrived 50 mins late and they were kind enough to ring me twice to ask where I was, and then to say they would return when I arrived. Which they did promptly.
On returning from my holiday, I arrived 40 mins early and they warned me that they couldn't deliver the car for 25 - 35 mins and would ring me when they had arrived. However, they arrived 15 mins later and I missed their call for some reason and so when I got to the parking bay, they had been waiting for me for some time.
They give 2 numbers to ring and I always found that one of them would be answered. They may seem a bit brusque when they answer but I think that's a cultural thing and not necessarily that they are being rude.
I would highly recommend this company.
Please don’t use! Awful company
The single worst experience in the history of airport parking. We waited 2 hours for our car to turn up and received no apology and you can’t even ring them as nobody picks up. The company is run by absolute thugs. Please do not use this company ever. Car was also damaged and smelt like burning rubber and the clutch was smoking
Disappointing and untrustworthy
We waited 45 mins for the ‘meet & greet’ service at LHR T3 during the drop
Off. Whilst away for two nights the car was moved three times and on Sunday left in a residential parking bay behind the Thistle Hotel during the day.
On return I was advised the car would be ready ‘within twenty minutes’, however it ended up being 45 mins again. When I rang to ask how much longer it would be, I was told it would be a ‘few minutes’, however I knew the car was at least 10 mins away, because I could see its location. One thing to be held up or delayed in traffic, but different to be clearly misled.
During booking it is also not made clear that you have to pay the parking fees at drop off and collection - so add £10-15 on to your quote.
A final parting gift was a used tissue in between the drivers seat and the door.
