Hi,
Thank you for your review. In regards to your pre-order we have written confirmation from Konami that retailers who are not an OTS (Official tournament stores) are not allow to dispatch pre-order items until the day of release. With standard postage being Royal Mail Tracked 48 you would indeed received your pre-order up to two days prior to the release date. Hope this clears things up, we are simply following the rules as laid out by Konami.

Really good customer service, there was a mix up with the royal mail and even tho it was a second party issue they were very helpful in helping me resolve things.
