My elite artist for eyebrows microblading at the Karren Betts clinic in London was Carrina.
I am so very grateful to Carrina for her attention to my particular problems such as pigment residue and pigment migration on my eyebrows and asymmetry from a previous microblading treatment.
From the start I felt safe in her hands and was amazed how succesfully she corrected the mistakes and misshapes which were the results of my first unsuccessful microblading 8 years ago. Everything was done very professionally and I felt no pain and the healing process was painless and bloodless compared with my previous experience.
Carrina's professionalism and skill was evident throughout not only during treatment but in firmly stopping at the proper moment.
I cannot speak too highly of her skill, professionalism and judgement. I am more than 100% satisfied - the crisp strokes, soft natural colour and perfectly balanced brows that save me much time every morning.

Carrina at Karen Betts Clinics (London) was fantastic! She put me at ease and talked me through the whole process, showed me examples of what each stage of the process might look like and WOW!!! I was so happy with the brows. Perfect shape and colour for me. I started losing my brows 20 years ago and had no brows from 18 years ago. I got fed up trying to draw my own on! Family members did wonder why I hadn’t had my brows done professionally before, but I know why…… I was obviously waiting for Karenbettsclinics to come along! I started with the website, looked at the gallery, watched the eyebrow demos and then made the call. I have to say that every single person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. This was really good for me as I was really nervous. Everyone put me at my ease and talked through my worries with me. I felt really ‘listened to’. I have my follow up with Carrina in four weeks and I am not anxious at all because I know what a great job she will do. I cannot stop looking in the mirror at my brows, it’s like I am a different improved version of myself. 5/5 for Carrina and all the staff I have spoken to. If I could give more I would. Vicki is an extremely talented semi-permanent makeup artist. I've had my lips done by her and will be having my eyebrows done shortly too. You can feel completely confident in her advice and recommendations, her knowledge is spot on and her skill is incredible.

She is also a lovely person: friendly, reassuring and genuinely caring. I would thoroughly recommend Vicki to anyone considering semi-permanent makeup.

The experience I had with Vicki was great. I attended the London location for a re-touch and from the outset, Vikki was friendly and made me comfortable throughout my treatment. She also ensured I was feeling okay throughout the time i was with her. This made me feel special and whilst the treatment may not seem that big, to me it was and it felt good to be treated by someone as skilled and knowledgeable in her work. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

Absolutely loved my visit. The results are outstanding, but it was made even better because I was treated by the lovely Vikki who is just the nicest person with an amazing eye for detail and incredible skill.. All the pre and post care wonderful too. Highly, highly recommend.

Karen is by far the best in her field, no question about it.
I had followed her since meeting her and watching her demonstrate at a beauty exhibition many years ago.
Since I have got older and my eyebrows have become thinner I treated myself to micro-blading with Karen herself.
The results were astounding and the very realistic hair strokes were so remarkable I have continued to have them topped up every couple of years or so.
The confidence it has given me is incredible and it has been worth every penny. As a professional cosmetologist, my only regret is not training with this amazing lady when she was teaching so I could give my own clients this treatment.
If you are thinking of having permanent make-up then don’t bother going anywhere other than KBPro.

From my very first enquiry right through to leaving the clinic, the whole experience has been absolutely outstanding.

After I completed the online enquiry form, Angie gave me a call and spent so much time talking me through the different eyebrow treatments and artists. She was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had before I even needed to ask. At no point did I feel under any pressure to book – she simply suggested I take a couple of days to think about it and said she’d give me a call. When I missed that call, there was no chasing or pushy sales approach, which I really appreciated. I rang back when I was ready, and booking was so easy.

The communication leading up to my appointment was excellent. I received clear instructions about how to prepare, what to avoid beforehand, my allergy test and numbing cream arrived in the post, and I was kept fully informed with texts about my appointment, where to park, where to go and everything I needed to know. By the time the day arrived, I felt completely at ease because I knew exactly what to expect.

When I arrived, I was welcomed by Melanie, who was so warm, friendly and chatty that I instantly felt comfortable. Then I met my artist, Sharon, and she was absolutely incredible. The consultation was so thorough, and she really listened to what I wanted. She designed my brows exactly how I’d imagined them, and I felt completely confident in her expertise.

The procedure itself was virtually painless, and Sharon talked me through everything she was doing, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.

When she finished, I genuinely couldn’t believe my eyebrows. They are even better than I’d hoped for. The shape is perfect, and they look so natural. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result.

What also stood out was the atmosphere in the clinic. The other ladies all came over to see my new brows and were genuinely excited for me. It wasn’t just professional – it felt like everyone genuinely cared and took pride in the results their clients leave with.

I’ve been given comprehensive aftercare advice, they’ve followed everything up afterwards, and I honestly can’t wait to go back for my top-up appointment.

If you’re considering having your brows done, I can’t recommend Karen Betts enough. Every single member of the team made me feel valued, looked after and completely at ease. The professionalism, communication, attention to detail and quality of Sharon’s work have been second to none.

I have been going to Geraldine for brows and lips for many years. I feel completely confident to take her advice on colour and shape and am rewarded by perfect brows and lips. I am complemented on both with people assuming I am an expert in applying my own make up. Far from it but with Geraldine's help I can be wonderfully groomed with very little effort from me.

From the minute to walking through the door to leaving you are treat like a VIP and made to feel so welcone.
I was very nervous about coming and to have a procedure that could change my look permanently.
My technician was Sharon, she listened to me about what I wanted her to achieve and she made suggestions.
I was put at ease instantly and the procedure began
No pain and Sharon commented on how chilled out I was, it was quite relaxing.
The final results at first are really dark but I was told it would fade, in which it did leaving me with a beautiful natural eyebrow.
I got regular texts during the after care telling me what to expect which we useful.
I would totally reccomend Karen Betts and go see Sharon shes excellent.

The whole process has been transparent and informative. During my visit for eyebrow microblading with Vikky, I was made to feel comfortable and heard.
