sent completely wrong item then had to go through a major hassle with them and walmart to get a replacement which still hasn't happened after weeks. Have had to make calls send emails and jump through hoops to get absolutley no service whatsoever and still waiting to get this resolved. Never using either store ever again.

I'm very happy with the service

I'm very happy with the service. I recently bought a complete set of lockers for my business, and they did a phenomenal job by completing the delivery on time and in perfect condition. Also got a good deal when buying from from them.

I would definitely use them and refer to my partners aswell.

They made my purchase but cancellations…

They made my purchase but cancellations of which was the wrong kitchen stove obligated to pay shipping charges for the cancellation still my responsibility. Causing it to go to a collection agency. I recommend that any appliance purchase needed be an onsight purchase only.

They operate as Kart It and sell on Amazon. I paid almost $1,300.00 for a wine refrig. and when i started to receive messages that they could not make the delivery date, I checked tracking, and it was sitting in my town the whole week. My thinking was, "why deal with clowns." I contacted Amazon and cancelled and they accepted my cancellation. Kart-It/Whole 9 Yards shipper then tried to deliver anyway. He arrived at gate and was told I was not home, but when they called me I told them to tell the driver and they did, that item was cancelled and delivery is therefore refused. Driver drove past the guard, trespassed onto the community grounds and illegally delivered to my house. Amazon was zero help. All told me the problem was unsolvable for weeks, and I was out the money. I managed three days in to within hours track all down, and got the shipper to pick it up same day, and they fired the driver. Kart It/Whole 9 Yards are refusing to tell Amazon to credit me and Amazon claims they cannot without their instruction. Amazon stopped replying to my emails and and Kart it does not respond, even though all parties were sent a delivery receipt. These people are utter scum. Their reviews online state, that in no uncertainty, this is how the commonly do business. IT IS A GLORIFIED SHELL GAME.

Make sure you review Kart it return…

Make sure you review Kart it return policy, only allows 30 days. I thought when buying from Walmart I would have received a 90 day standard return policy but that is not the case. Did not want to go with Amazon for this reason, I will think twice when making a purchase from Walmart online store (KART IT)

Untrustworthy Seller with Terrible Service

Kart-It refused to provide any meaningful support or resolution of my order. Their customer service was evasive and completely unhelpful. It took five months and the intervention of Amazon itself to finally resolve the issue.
Kart-It is not a reputable company and should not be doing business in the U.S. They operate with dishonest practices, show no accountability, and clearly do not care about their customers.
Warning: Do not buy from Kart-It, Amazon's 3rd party reseller. You risk being ignored, misled, and left to fight for your refund. A truly terrible experience from start to finish.

Do not buy anything from Kart it

Do not buy anything from Kart it. The return policy is a fraud. After buying a $428 mantle from them though Amazon, it was not as expected. I returned the mantle in the original packaging through FedEx and they received it but refuse to give me my full refund due to some bogus issue. Now they have the mantle back to them and I’m out my $428 !

Bought a planter through Amazon and was sold by Kart it. This company is a scam. No one will reach out. Had missing parts an d the box it came in was pieced together and wrapped with plastic. Lot of pieces were loose. Don’t use this company. Has scam written all over it

Beware of KART-IT!
I ordered a footstool from them and when it arrived, there were damaged parts and the product was not the quality I was looking for. In addition, the height of the ottoman was misrepresented on the website which made it not work for my space. I initiated a return, which generated a shipping label and this message: We've accepted your return request. Once KART IT receives the item below, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. If you placed this order, print your shipping label using the link below or from Your Orders in the Amazon app or website."

When I clicked to open and print the shipping label it stated: "Instructions from KART IT
Dear Customer - Please DO NOT ship the item just yet without further communication with us.
In case of Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items - Please SHARE IMAGES to help you further.
Please Note: In case you do decide to ship it out, you will have to bear the Return Shipping & Restocking Charges in case the item is found to be proper."
This was the first I knew of any restocking fee or return shipping charges.

I submitted the requested pictures, waited, then received a message offering a 25% discount to keep the item to avoid return shipping charges. I politely stated that I was not interested in keeping the item and reiterated in greater detail the multiple reasons that I do not want to keep the item and requested a refund authorization as they kept saying "do not return the item without authorization."

The next message asked for more images and provided a list of images they wanted which needed to be sent in separate messages since their system only allows for 5 MB per message. So, after I had already carefully packed it up for shipping, I opened it back up, took more photos and provided them.

Next I got a message that they were sending my images to the warehouse for review to obtain the shipping label and I should expect to wait 3-5 business days for that to happen. I replied that was too long and I needed a response in 1 business day.

I did get a response the next day but it stated that the warehouse said there was nothing wrong with the item, they provided me with assembly instructions and asked for a list of replacement parts I may need - for a brand new item! (Um, practically everything in the box was defective in some way!) If I still did not want the item I could ship it back under 'buyers remorse' and pay the shipping back but they have not indicated how much they would deduct from my refund. I have asked that question and am awaiting a response.

This was the return policy listed on Amazon when I made the purchase:
"30-day refund/replacement
This item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns"

Based on what I am reading here, I am concerned that if I ship it back I will they will not refund the cost of the item. This company is not trustworthy, I have submitted a report to Amazon as I have never dealt with an Amazon seller with this poor customer service before. I highly recommend not purchasing from KART-IT via Amazon, Walmart or anyone else.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered a TV stand from KART-IT on Amazon. It arrived with screw holes in the wrong places and a broken door. Generally, very poorly made. There’s a reason you’re getting this for such a low price. I experienced a nightmare of over three weeks trying to return it. Avoid dealing with the company KART-IT, unless you want to receive broken items and spend weeks making over ten calls to customer service while the damaged furniture sits in your home. Take my word for it—you will not get a refund or return, no matter how broken the item is, unless you go through Amazon or your credit card company. BBB will tell you the same. I wish I had checked before ordering from this company.

Bad Refund policy, not easily accessible to customer

I purchased 2 faucets on Amazon via KART IT. It was described as "brushed brass" but is what other companies call "brushed gold". It is not the color of gold jewelry or brass, has a brownish coating over it so looks more like antique gold or burnt gold. I returned it to KART IT. This began a months worth of follow up on my part to get my refund and I'm afraid they will never return my full purchase price. 2 items returned in the same box resulted in 4 partial refunds given weeks apart that does not add up to what I paid for the items. Each partial refund given only AFTER I follow up with them, different excuse given each time. Even though on the listing it states that partial refunds are for damaged merchandise KART IT insists on keeping a "restocking fee". I also had to pay return shipping, none of this is outlined on the listing page or at least the first document that comes from the refund policy link. KART IT claims there is a restocking fee disclaimer but it must be buried under several links. I've been using Amazon for years (spend around 1K to 2K per month) and this is the first time I have had this issue with a return.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY’RE A SCAM COMPANY OUT OF THE MIDDLE EAST!! I ordered a face cream from these people, and instead received some random burn ointment. When I asked to receive either the actual product I ordered or a refund I was denied both. These people are lying scammers and the saddest part is they sell on major sites like Walmart. Walmart is also refusing to refund me because they’re blaming KARTIT and KARTIT is blaming Walmart. Meanwhile I’m disabled and poor and now I’m out $25 plus another $31 I paid to have the actual item sent to me by Amazon. Do not do not do not order from these crooks. Save yourself the tears and frustration as well as your money!

SLOW to ship

First order with KART IT and LAST. Company's shipping is snail slow. I have been waiting for over a week on my purchase. USPS has yet to recieve the item even though a label was made days ago. From what I read about them the huge delay in processing and shipping is their normal way of business. Don't expect anything more,
