You cannot get ahold of this company. Also they over charged me . Absolutely upset by this!

Have tried to contact this company by the online chat facility and by phone. No reply online and the phone line is constantly engaged. Won't be trying anymore as it seems dodgy to me.

I bought a "Max Payne" leather jacket for my OH in XL and when it arrived it was too tight. He is XL in all other shops so check your sizing. Delivery was pretty quick to be fair and met the timescales on the website.
I then had to do a bit of work to get the return and exchange sorted. I was given an address, sent the jacket with proof of posting and proof of reciept which was not too expensive then waited. After 10 days I started chasing this up and was asked to provide the tracking info. Waited about 5 days and had to chase this up but the reply I got was my replacement was in manufacture and would be around another 7 days for delivery. The jacket has now arrived and is a nice product for a lot less money than some of the "Max Payne" inspired designs.
If you are a patient person, there is nothing wrong with all the above. If you want fast fashion with next day delivery - this is not the place to shop.

Really good company with hundreds of jacket styles to choose from. The quality is really good and each item can be custom made which takes time. If your looking for fast fashion this brand is not for you. The craftsmanship speaks for itself and I've purchased 4 custom jackets which I know will last a lifetime.

Do not buy from this company, I ordered a jacket which arrived but was not the correct size so customer care said I could return it for a refund on the 17/11/23, I returned the jacket in the exact condition it arrived in to the specified address and then provided customer care with the tracking number. They received the jacket on the 26/11/23 at 12:20 with Evri providing photographic evidence of the delivery it is now the 15/12/23 and I have chased customer care on multiple occasions only to receive a vague response and now no responses.

Do not do business with this vendor as they cannot be trusted.

I ordered a coat. I was told it wasn't in stock and was offered either a different but similar coat, or a refund. I requested a refund and since then I have been ghosted by customer support with no promise of a refund. This website is a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

I like the jacket but it took 24 days to come and leaves a smell but I do love the jacket
