I ordered a canvas back in April 2020, it's Dec 2021 and I never received anything or my money back. Never again!!

In case anyone is wondering, these were dropshippers which is a fancy way of saying wholesalers (selling other people's products at a mark up). This is quite common. In their case, they were selling art from Alibaba Express for more than the retail price on their own site.

This is how it typically works. Dropshippers add other people's products to their site at a higher price. They then buy Social Media ads to get your attention. Then typically after you purchase the product on their site, an automated system takes your address and enters and orders the product on some third party site, in this case Alibaba Express. That's why it's taking incredibly long, no tracking and why it's coming from China. Knowing this, you can essentially cut out the middle man and order straight from Alibaba at a cheaper price.

There's nothing inherently evil or fraudulent here. I think there should have been a moral responsibility to inform their customers but that's neither here nor there.

The takeaway: Beware of dropshippers, try to find the origins of any artwork yourself and beware of social media ads. I hope everything has been resolved for everyone involved. Good Luck!

Well after reading all of this on here I've decided not to order anything from them. Shame as I really liked a picture they had. But Im so great full that people have taken the time to write about them. As this year since March I've been a target of fraud, and it's so stressful. 6 times and not my fault.

it took 6 months for mine to come, ordered 1 more , but e mailed them now coming back no answer, wonder if they have went out

Ordered a canvas in early May 2020 and 6 months later I have not received my order.

After researching this company online it seems they have tricked a lot of people to buy products they have never delivered.

Reported them to the Canadian anti-fraud centre.

SCAM!
I ordered a canvas online in May. Payment was taken from our account on the same day.
By June, I hadn’t had any tracking info as promised so I made an enquiry.
Delays understandable due to COVID but was promised a tracking number within a fortnight as the shipment had arrived in their warehouse.
Numerous emails later covered many different excuses and promises. Cut to end of October and they are no longer replying to emails. No hope of canvas ever arriving.
I cannot stress enough to anyone who is thinking of making a purchase from KashKel... DON’T! The countless poor review speak volumes! I usually research and read reviews before ordering online and don’t know how I missed this! A lot of the reviews state they ordered in May which is when I did - I suspect they set up to take advantage of people ordering online during COVID!
UPDATE: I received an email today from email administrator to say they had tried to deliver my last email multiple times over a few days ‘however, the person's destination email provider has not been reachable or has not accepted this message‘. For the sake of your bank balance and sanity, do not order from this company!

Same story as most reviews here. Ordered the canvases after seeing an ad on instagram (could be Facebook) and NEVER received the order. It's always that person, Irina, who keeps feeding more lies and false promises, but in the end, NO PRODUCT GETS DELIVERED! it's been over 5 months now and I'm giving up but hope others would never deal with such scammers again! What a shame because their products seemed cool and they could've done somethin great with everyone ordering online these days.

This is a bad company, dont buy anything, they take your money, you get nothing ☹️

I would give this crowd of thieves no stars at all. Ordered a canvass in May, emailed them several times. It was always ‘the virus’. When I pointed out that other companies were able to get goods to their customers, I was blocked after getting a sarcastic piece of rubbish from someone called Irina. Give this company a wide berth. Complain to FB where they do much of their advertising. I suspect since their website cannot be reached, they are continuing under another name. Just don’t order art from social media.

I have bought item from them back in may this year. My card has been charged straight away and i never received my order. Every time when i was mailing customer service they were telling me that the delivery is late due to covid-19 situation . At some point they stopped answering my emails even after official refund request. This is a fraud website. Kashkel are criminals. Everyone stay away from this business or you will loose your money.

Kashkal is truly a scam site, it’s been 4 month. It was never shipped, they can’t provide a tracking number but very quick to respond via email with excuses

Ordered 11th june 2020, by end of Aug no delivery, emailed and they offered me 15% back lol, so put a charge back in my card with bank got every cent back. Day later recieved shipping info supposedly in Germany atm, dont expect to ever get it.

Edit 22nd sept, Parcel arrived, long delay wouldnt waste my time or energy again. The canvas is twice the cost to get it framed too, just something to keep on mind (60x163cm)

Shipping was delayed repeatedly. They continue to promise it will be there in a month. After more than 3 months I finally received it and it was the wrong size. I ordered the largest size and the provided me something much smaller. They stopped responding to my emails so I emailed them from a different email asking for the correct size and an RMA. They offered me a 50% refund which I agreed to just to be done with it.

I would give a zero if possible.

1000% scam.

Ordered May 10th, nothing yet....its been 4 months.

They've now refused refunds and keep insisting that I'll receive my order.

Hilarious! This bunch of scam artists took my cash with many promises to send my goods. I wrote them off and claimed via my credit card company. 6 months on I get two emails from them saying goods in their way with a DHL tracking number. And of course the tracking number is bollix!! Time to get work on this pandejos!

Shady asf. Been two months since i placed an order. They replied pretty fast at emails in the beginning, but then complete silence when you loose patience. They are asking for understanding for some sort of difficult situation without elaborating. I would suggest they stop the international marketing and sales if they are having trouble handling even the customers who has payed and ordered products. Smells like bankruptcy are heading their way anyday now..
Edit: They provided a tracking number with DHL, but it seems they are either witholding information to DHL, or actually never shiped the parcel. The parcel has now been canceled. Scam all the way here.

Terrible, they just take your money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY> They do not actually send the goods you buy. They continue to say 'they are on their way'... 'issues with manufacturing' 'be patient'... but it is all a lie. I ordered a painting in early April and still nothing.
