They were incredible!! My gf, now fiance showed me their tik tok and I was a bit skeptical at first. After reading the reviews, I felt comfortable enough to initially go through with the design. Chase reached out each step of the way and made me feel comfortable, to the point I ordered the ring. When it came I couldn't be more thrilled and excited for our moment. I came across KAT Custom Rings on TikTok and it happened to be a time where I was feeling a little pressure from my partner that this is the big year. So, reading the reviews and watching some TikTok reviews on the company I decided to follow through with the process.

They provided me 100% transparency through the whole process and when I jumped the gun on something, I realized it was too late to turn back, Chase provided so much understanding and opportunities for solution. I have never once experienced such a caring and customer centered experience before and I am thankful everyday I went with KAT.

I got my ring no later than a week from complete purchase, it looks EXACTLY like the one my partner hinted at liking, and really put the light at the end of the tunnel on full display.

Having KAT Custom Rings and Chase be part of my journey to marry the woman of my dreams was one of the best decisions I think I have ever made financially. They made our engagement ring, but I know I will be returning for my wife and I's marriage rings as well.

When my then girlfriend (now Fiancée (spoilers)) saw Kat Rings on Tiktok, she sent them to me and didn't think much of it. When I took her ring shopping to get an idea of what she wanted, I had a $4,000 budget in mind, and when we saw ring, it was $2,900 and I thought, "great that comes in under budget." I then realized that that was only the cost of the RING, not including the Diamond on top, with a similar Diamond to what we saw, the ring would be $6,000.

This was when I went and checked out Kat's webstie and I sent them pictures of the ring we had looked at in person. Once they got back to me, they said they could do the ring for 2,900, Diamond included. This blew my mind, and frankly I was worried it was too good to be true, but I payed the $50 to get them to design the ring and figured if I didn't like it, I'd get my $50 back and work to get less broke. When they sent the design back, I liked it, but knew that if they were the real deal, they would be able to do some customization on the ring. That's when I had the idea to have them add mine and my Fiancée's birthstones to the bottom of the ring, so they would always be touching her skin, and she knew it was tailor made for her/us.

When they did that and still came back with a price of $2,900. I was floored, I literally said "man I budgeted $4,000 for this ring, so can I spend more with you guys?" So I asked to make the top diamond a half carat bigger and that came out to be $3,600.

It took about 4 weeks for them to build the ring after I sent the $150, but once I got the video and photos, I knew it was real deal. They sent the ring within 3 days (though my only complaint was UPS was SUPPOSED to make me sign for it, but when they didn't get my signature, they just left it in my mailbox, but Chase and KAT cant do anything to fix UPS Practices), and the ring was amazing in person, I also got all the paperwork with the ring to show the authenticity of the Diamond, and all that Jazz.

Eventually I want to get the ring appraised separately from the KAT's appraisal of $7,200. But frankly, it doesn't really matter what the ring is appraised as, as my Fiancée LOVES it and wouldn't want any other ring.

I'm really grateful to Chase and the team at KatCustomRings for making the process so easy and smooth.

The folks here are doing amazing work! They helped make a custom dream piece come true. Communication is a little slow but don’t worry they are a family business so even though it takes a day or so to receive a response it is nothing to be worried about. I already received my ring I even got it checked out by my local jeweler and they confirmed the stones used were 100% real. Thank you guys so much you made this process easy for me as local jewelers and big jewelers wanted double to triple what I was about to get and were no where near able to customize like y'all did. Had a amazing a great experience the ring came out looking gorgeous, my now fiancé says that it her if she was a ring. Even though there was a rush to the project they where able to guide me into the best option it arrived in time to the destination. Great work love what you guys are doing and I might just need your guys help for the wedding bands

Honestly I thought it was a scam at first when i saw them on tiktok but when i sent in my design they were in constant contact with me. Any questions i had or adjustments i needed made to my preference, they didn’t question it and did the most amazing job i could have hoped for. Not only are they great at staying in touch, but their quality and craftsmanship is beyond what i expected. The ring they made is beautiful and exquisitely made. Its even better than what i imagined it to be. If you ever want to get your dream engagement ring, i would not go to anyone else because they will make your dream ring a reality.

This was such a smooth process. Their team was very quick to respond and had everything broken out into nice easy steps. I love that I got to support a growing business and the final ring is beautiful!

The team stays in constant communication and worked with me as I changed plans and designs over and over. I couldn't be happier with ring. I found out about Katcustomrings through Tiktok. Although at first I was extremely worried about the legitimacy of it because I just thought it was too good to be true, I was proven wrong on all levels!

Where to begin. We'll never forget the unique and amazing experience we had with Kat Custom Rings. Long story short, our rings were not going to be delivered in time for the wedding due to FedEx mishaps. You can imagine the stress we felt since it was out of our control. Even our guest at the rehearsal dinner were nervous for us as we joked that we were going to get rings from Walmart for the next day. However, Chase and his team went above and beyond to save the day. They stayed in communication with us, assuring us that we'd have the rings, and then they kept their word- ended up flying out on our wedding day to hand deliver me replacement rings, blessing us with even more than what we expected. As we said our vows, my wife was surprised with the most amazing wedding band because she hadn't seen it yet. It's now one of our favorite God-stories to tell others. We have recommended Kat Custom rings to so many of our friends because we're all amazed with the rings and their genuine customer service. And not to mention how my wife constantly gets complements on her rings!

I've known Kimmy for years and when it came time to think about rings, she was the first person I thought of! She runs a one-woman show which explains why her prices are so good.. low overhead! She is honest, communicative, and super easy to work with. She was able to take my wife's Instagram posts (of the ring she wanted) and custom make a ring that looked just like it! I was so impressed.
