Kawaii Babe Opiniones 

I ordered 3 products from Kawaii Babe on August 31st. All the products came mid-late October in 2 separate packages. The "Baby Bun Plush" came first and it was incredibly soft and had no defects. The 2nd item was the "Sleep Cat Hoodie" which isn't soft on the outside but is in the inside. I recommend ordering a size or 2 up. I wanted to hoodie oversized but even after ordering a size up (Size M) it just fit perfectly. The final item was "Cat & Bunny Jewelled Pins" and one of the pins came as a necklace and not a pin. I contacted support about this and they responded the next day. Support gets a 5 star review from me, they were extremely friendly, helpful and the entire issue was sorted in 2 business days. I will be ordering from here again.

EDIT: I have received a partial refund for the bag and they would be shipping the straws as well as new bottles after I sent in a report of my review on PayPal. Would be increasing the review to 3 stars since they have actually replied, refunded and reshipped my order.

EDIT 2: Shipping for the straws and new bottles hasn't arrived (It has been a month). No tracking number has been sent to me even though they told me it would be shipped to me. Lowering down to two stars and possibly back to one if I still don't receive anything.

Recently brought some stuff from them. Just some strawberry bottles and a duffle bag. The items came at an okay speed, but the problem is the quality of these items. The items are in such poor quality, and the duffle bag that I received was nothing like the one shown on their website. It has a completely different design from the one that I ordered. The metal parts of the bag were also visibly rusting and it even rusted onto parts of the bag! Disgusting. The bottles that were said to 'come with straws' did not even have the straws that they said they would provide. There were also scratches around the bottles. Absolutely disappointed. Do not order or purchase items from them. Sent in an email today, no response. Hopefully a reply comes back but judging from the reviews here I would say that it would be unlikely.

I bought 3 items from kawaiibabe and they are exactly what was on the photos. Really pretty, comfortable and high quality products. If you're from the EU or US I recommend ordering a size up as kawaiibabe does sell in asian sizes.

However their items are pricey and deffo not smthn for someone with a small budget :,3

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, they were thankfully very understanding and fixed it the moment I notified them. 10/10 customer service

The clothes are very well made, but I ordered a light yellow skirt and they sent a pink skirt. I also ordered a blue kitten hoodie and they sent a purple hoodie. The other items are the right color and I'm happy with them :)

I recommend buying from them and I'm still happy with my order even though two of the products were in the wrong color

We received the products we ordered from KawaiiBabe in very good condition and in reasonable waiting time.

My daughter was so excited and so happy to see the four Octobaby plushies, and she screamed and hopped a lot when suddenly seeing them sitting aligned on her desk after coming home from school. They are her the best favorite pet toy more than any other.

It is a great joy to my family and especially to my daughter. Thank you very much!

Good news and bad. The good news is that they sell good quality stuff. The bad news: it's all other company's products, marked up a LOT.

For example, I was thinking about buying their Slithering Snake Snakeskin Booties for $130. After a ton of googling, I found the maker of the shoes: Show Story, who sells them for $40. Same with a lot of their lingerie.

My advice? Do a reverse google image search for their products. You can find the original seller, and it'll likely be a lot cheaper.

Have ordered once so far and definitely will order again.
The wig I purchased was full and of good quality and looked just like the photo.
Necklace purchased is also really good.
I also bought a super girly water gun which is the best thing ever.

There was 1 item that got lost in the mail but Kawaii Babe did send it and it was in the courier's hands. They also happily offered me a refund or a re-send of the item (I chose re-send).

The customer service and speed of reply and absolute loveliness of the person I dealt with regarding the lost and re-sent item was phenomenal. 10/10!

The delivery times can be a little long but the website does clearly state this and the products are well worth the wait as it's a pretty unique store with gorgeous items at very good prices.

I just want to say that Kawaii Babe is such an amazing store :-) i am a brolita/kawaii-loving boy from Pennsylvania in the US and have been in love with kawaii fashion since i was little when my older sister got me hooked! I have had a passion for all thinks kawaii ever since and have been working on building my wardrobe of cute and girly things :-) Kawaii Babe has such an awesome collection of adorable things - it is so much fun to browse through all of their selections. I have absolutely loved everything I have gotten from them. Actually I am wearing my Sleeping Cat Hoodie now with my Pink Cat Bell Collar and Kitty Ears Headband as i write this! I think my favorite item from them is the violet Royal Kitten Dress, which everybody just LOVES when i wear it and which i get soooo many compliments for. I usually wear it with the Traditional Low Heeled Flats.... so kawaii!!! So now, for my birthday next month my sister has ordered me the Candy Plaid Skirt and Acid Sugar Crop Top, both in pink of course! I so totally cant wait to get that outfit - i will wear it all spring!!!

Not only do I love their clothing and accessories, but the prices are reasonable and the people there are so helpful and nice to work with. I know that some people have said that the shipping was slow, but i think that can happen with any international shipping these days. I really have not had to wait long for any of my items. If it were not for Kawaii Babe, i would not have half of the kawaii clothes i have now!

I thought it was a scam first but the order came faster than I expected. Quality of clothing is not so good, as you can expect when you order something from China, but it was as in picture so I'm happy with that.

I bought a dress quite expensive. Came 12 weeks later, thIngs were hot glue gunned on and falling off was made soo cheaply absolute rubbish considering the price, the skirt i got nothing like what i ordered so cheap and nasty. I e-mailed them pictures and was ignored after that. MASSIVE SCAM

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Absolutely rubbish service, they say they send item then it mysteriously disappears. Still waiting after 3 months for missing items.

If you want to waste your money with these CLOWNS, don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!!

Products are as shown*, and customer service is seriously phenomenal.

*After a little bit of time, a component of my order arrived, but was slightly different than described (bags missing bag straps); I contacted the seller(s) and they quickly and courteously sorted it out with plenty of options. Everything else to arrive so far has been perfect and their range is BEYOND adorable. 💜

I don't really mind that I've had to wait, I am giving 5 stars because the customer service has been top tier. Thank you so much for everything Kawaii Babe, I can't wait to receive my package!!

I ordered a phone case and never received it. I got a full refund.

There was a wait and the quality of clothing is reasonable. It is not a scam at all, like some reviews say. Yes you have to wait quite a while, but the beautiful clothing is definitely worth it.
The store had some problems with the shipping, so we had a polite correspondence and everything got solved.
The clothing is usually pretty small, so buying bigger sizes is advisable.

LOVE their clothes, super cute style and good quality. Sizing is always accurate. I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again ^^
