Easy to use system. I always use for flights, but use other site for hotels because they give you points towards discounts on stays when you use them often enough, which I do.

The absolute best.
Remember to be flexible and move dates around for even lower fares. Only problem is not Kayak, but the airlines and hotels who use them. They get overwhelmed by Kayak’s traffic drivers!

Used to be great
Used to be great. Now their software blocks all major operators like British Airways; Easyjet and Booking.com. I have emailed customer service several times but it does not compute. They're no longer interested in supporting the previously great itinerary feature you used to be able to create.

Partners like GoToGate are damaging the…
Partners like GoToGate are damaging the reputation of KAYAK. I booked a ticket, but during the payment process my return dates and route were automatically changed to completely different ones. Now I am struggling with the refund process and facing huge cancellation charges.
The worst part is the poor online support — agents are not willing to properly respond to reasonable questions or provide real assistance. After checking customer reviews, I found many others sharing similar bad experiences.
Partners with such poor service standards seriously harm the reputation and trust of platforms like KAYAK. That’s why I’m giving only 2 stars.
