Contacted Keene as my order had been lost by Royal Mail, Keene sent out a replacement via a different courier very quickly, thanks.

Everything up to delivery was great

Everything up to delivery was great! Aftercare, on the other hand, was a bit of a letdown, which is disappointing given the expensive nature of the purchased item (4k UST projector).

I'm sorry to hear you didn't think our aftercare was up to scratch. I've just looked into this for you and it looks as if our support team did reply to you the same day as your query, you would have received a link via email to view their response in our ticket system. When you followed up with an email saying you couldn't get the link to work a member of the team sent you an email with a response the same day!

I'm sorry the link didn't work and you understand that it wasn't our team ignoring your query and we did get back to you asap on both occasions!

HDFury Arcana.

After receiving my HDFury Arcana, there were some initial set up issues, I spoke with Keene tech support, who took the time to help and get my tv and Arcana set up just right. No more SkyQ lip sync problems and my Sonos Arc can now output full Dolby Atmos.
Anybody with SkyQ lip sync issues, or only having HDMI ARC ports on their tv and want full Dolby Atmos from the Sonos Arc should invest in the HDFury Arcana.
Keene is an excellent company and the HDFury is great bit of kit.

No update for my order

I have placed an order on 13th April, got no order confirmation until I made a phone call to the service hotline. It has been 16 days today, and my order item still has not been dispatched yet. The only one star I want to give is to the simple design page to the website and the effective reply from some staff of Keene.

We have been looking into why you didn’t receive your original order confirmation emails as they were definitely sent to you when you placed the order.

As explained to you our supplier was waiting for stock to arrive which we were keeping you updated on as and when we go updates. We are as disappointed as you on the time you had to wait for your order to be dispatched and we have addressed this with our supplier.

People who listen and care you buy the right product

Just moved to a new build house and needed a matrix distribution system for sound and video. I had a little knowledge but Keene really helped me explore the options and I am really pleased with the MHUB solution. Delivery was quick and well organised.
