Excellent follow up customer service
I bought 4 bar stools and was initially disappointed as there were some minor defects but I was delighted that staff from Keens were very apologetic and said they would rectify the issue as soon as possible.
They were true to their word and replaced the defective stools and we are delighted with the end product.

She took time to assess our needs and had an excellent knowledge of available products. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel valued customers. Really good experience. I ordered three sofas over Christmas 2025 for delivery to the mainland. Everything went very smoothly, lots of good communication by email and also over the phone. Both Keens and their courier Edmondson delivered great customer service and I highly recommend them.

Such a beautiful store as you walk through the doors , with all furnishings gloriously displayed as you would find it in your home .
I enjoyed every minute, allowing my mind to become carried away with the elegance , and imagination of owning so many wonderful pieces there ..
I finally settled on a beautiful console table for my hallway and 3 abstract wall art pieces which I’m completely thrilled with..
the staff were very attentive throughout , and the process from order to delivery were faultless ..
I will visit again with joy and anticipation of what I see next
