Terrible experience, will never buy from them again. Fit on pants is horrible, tight and loose in all the wrong places. Smalls on workout bras even though they were my “measurements” were way too tight. Should have looked at the return policy prior to purchasing, they do not accept returns only store credit. They also do not provide shipping labels or tell you where to send it after you place your return, it simply says being processed, I received no emails. I had to reach out to member services via email and they told me that it was an international return I would have to provide and pay for my own shipping label. Additionally it took weeks for my first order to arrive.

Refunds supposed to take 14 days, over 3 weeks later, still no refund. I emailed to ask for update. They said my return had been received and would be processed. Then got email next day to say that I had a failed delivery attempt. No delivery had been attempted and I had not ordered anything else. So again I emailed to let them know of the error and let them know I was not been waiting for a delivery, but I was waiting for a refund. They ignored my request for clarification re confused and conflicting communications and essentially told me to just wait. Now all communications have ceased. Haven't heard anything since and have not had my refund. Have had to open a dispute with PayPal.

If they continue like this, the company is likely to shut down soon. They delete the comments you make on Instagram. I'm absolutely not satisfied with my purchase. And of course, like everyone else, I also experienced shipping issues — you end up waiting 1–2 months.

Got a matching set and the top is a different colour to the shorts: then I have to have fees to return or refund . Why do I have to pay for their mistakes ?? Rubbish

I won’t be shopping here again that’s for sure. Items arrived and got x 2 of the shorts in different colours and the sizing seems different . The website pictures also look different as I put them on and the legs were long and I bought them as I thought they were short as pictured. The material is thick and unflattering . The main reason I won’t shop here again is that they don’t offer refunds . What store doesn’t offer refunds this day and age ? Get with the times and what is best for your customers

My two sets were as described and colours and fit great . Arrived in 6/7 days from ordering to the UK.
My husband really liked the fit too of the men’s t shirt 🙌

Absolutely DO NOT BUY…spent over $270 to buy kit that was not fit for purpose and NOT as described - it was itchy and not at all comfortable…I initiated a refund and was told - no refund is possible just a store credit…I informed them I am not prepared to accept a credit as all their products are like this and I would not purchase again.

I wasn’t informed that no refund was available and have just spent $45 to track a parcel back to them in Australia…I’d be more than happy to pay to return the items knowing I was being refunded rather than just being shut down by terrible customer service…disgusting.

Customer service was awful, same quality as Ali express, and the sizing isnt true to size

I have had many amazing encounters with customer service team! I believe it’s the best customer service from any online shop. You will not get better than this service from anywhere else. Shoutout to Brooke who helped my with my recent experience and purchase who was quick and responding and gave me exceptional service to resolve the issue. Always going above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and return! Which I always will with Keepthatpump!

The sizing chart they have is not correct. They showed XS US sizing and my daughter fit into that category. When the items arrived not one fit, they were all extremely small. Now trying to return is a nightmare as it is an international order. Looks like we are now stuck with it and won’t ever be able to wear it. We would never have been in this situation if their sizing chart was correct. Not once have we ever had a problem with sizing from other companies. If you don’t live in Australia I would highly suggest you don’t order from them.

The worst customer support and shipping. I ordered 2nd December the parcel has not had any updates and keep that pump just continue to say it’s on its way….. it’s now been 16 days! This has happened before too and they do not refund when they lose parcels! Very shit customer support I won’t buy from them ever again

Am loving the quality and fit of their leggings. I went for the origin ones in both normal and flare. Have also had a great customer service experience with Amy who was quick to respond to my queries. Thank you!

I noticed a problem in one of the products I bought from Keepthatpump so I reached out to see if anything could be done to fix it. Chloe, from Customer Care assisted me and after evaluating my situation, she sent me a replacement. She was very kind and understanding! I reccomend and thank her for her help.

The store has the worst customer experience ever.
I've bought a few items in August 2025 and placed a return for a bigger size of one shorts. It has been 2 moths since the item arrived at their store and they NEVER shipped the new size to me. I've tried to talk to their support many times through email (only channel available) and there is no response.
I do not reccomend buying with them.

Ordered leggings saw company on instagram easy to order but no refunds and if you return for exchange you post to Australia costing minimum £10 from uk avoid unless you are 100% sure you’ll like the items

Capi stupendi, uno dei brand migliori di palestra che abbia mai provato. Tessuto super leggero sembra modellato sul corpo. Problema insormontabile la spedizione… ho ordinato questo pacco durante il black friday e mi è arrivato a gennaio inoltrato, inoltre ho pure dovuto pagare circa 30€ di dogana. Considerato ciò l’assistenza è stata ottima, mi hanno sempre risposto a tutte le email che ho inviato. Ero assolutamente convinta di essere stata truffata, per fortuna mi sono ricreduta, motivo per cui scrivo questa recensione. Portate pazienza che l’ordine arriva.
