The team from Kent Wardrobes were all very pleasant and worked hard, even moving a socket on the day for us. Would recommend. Very happy with the finished products.

We are really happy with our fitted wardrobes they look great. Dan and Dan worked tirelessly on the first day of installation right up until 7.30pm. They were polite, hardworking and very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Dan was on his own on the second day and still had a lot of work to do and done a grand job.

All in all, we are very happy with Kent Wardrobes, really good customer service, and we would thoroughly recommend them.

I found Kent Wardrobes on social media and was impressed by their products and services. I first visited their Maidstone showroom in Nov 2021. Nathan patiently clarified all my questions and provided a very detail quotation in the following week for my consideration.
In June 2022, Kent Wardrobes carried out the onsite measurement and sent me the final quotation. The order was confirmed shortly, and the work was scheduled in mid of Jul 2022.
Two professional fitters came to assemble the two wardrobes, chest of drawers, a dressing table and cabinet. It took around four days to get them done. They prepared the stairs protective cloth and handled the panels carefully. Although I still found a few scratches on the walls and door frame, I believed they had tried their best and this was unavoidable for such a large project.
All items are good-looking design, sturdy, and finished professionally.
A few days after fitting, customer service called to follow up my user experience. Everything looked alright.
Overall speaking, Kent Wardrobes provides professional services from front line customer services to after-sale services. I have no doubt to recommend Kent Wardrobes to others.

We were more than happy with our wardrobes and with the professional and courteous way in which our purchase was handled. The installers were very pleasant and very efficient, completing the job in one day when we had been expecting it to take two, and we would extend our thanks to the rest of the staff for their efforts. We would not hesitate to recommend Kent Wardrobes.

This is the second time we have used Kent Wardrobes. From the initial design meeting with Craig to discuss our new fitted sliding wardrobes, the designs and assistance from Donna and Nathan to the installation team of Dan, Joe and Dan, everything ran smoothly and the new wardrobes were installed in one day. We would have no hesitation in using Craig and his team again and of highly recommending them to friends and family.

This was second wardrobe in our house made by Kent wardrobe.We didn't hesitate to call them again as we were very happy with first one. Yet again very professional approach from the moment of taking measurements, great customer service during choosing the design of the panels in show room and finally very friendly, professional and tidy team of fitters. We cannot thank, or recommend this company enough. From the first consultation with Dan we were able to ask lots of questions and sample several design ideas. Following this, the company went above and beyond allowing us to visit their showroom at a time that was convenient around our working schedules. Whilst there, Craig and Nathan were amazing and so welcoming, we finalised our spec with ease. Dan and his team were also amazing when fitting, professional, friendly and down to earth. After the continuous great service throughout, the finished product was simply the cherry on top for us. The wardrobe is absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisaged it to be and more! The service has been fantastic from start to finish! The team are so friendly and really helpful. We found it so easy to contact the team and our questions were answered quickly. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

From the first visit to their showroom to the completion of the installation everything was professional
The installation guys Neil Phil and lewis were helpful tweaking any little thing we required and the final result was superb. ( of course they had to be kept topped up with tea coffee and the odd bacon sarnie )

We are really pleased with our 2 wardrobes, his and hers. We love the cashmere grey. The ladies wardrobe has grey interior and the mens has teak interior. From the original survey visit from Craig and office calls from Nathan and Donna. The 2 installations in December and February went perfectly. Nothing is too much trouble. Dan came to both installations and was professional and friendly. We have actually got space in both wardrobes now rather than squeezing everything in. Room to buy more clothes!! The fitters were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The only extras were teas,coffees and biscuits!! We’re really glad we took the recommendations from the local Coxheath Facebook page and dealt with Kent Wardrobes. Thank you everyone for all your help in getting our bungalow bedrooms sorted out.

I’m so pleased with my built-in wardrobes. I wasn’t able to be at home when the guys came to install but they were punctual, extremely tidy and did a fantastic job. From start to finish everyone has been incredibly helpful and as a local company, they just know what they’re doing! Highly recommend.

When I rang the office, everyone was so polite and helpful. I quickly had a visit from Craig who measured up and discussed what would suit me best and what I needed in my wardrobes. He created a brilliant design that covered all my hopes and requirements and then came up with a fabulous price! The wardrobes were installed very professionally by a great team who worked all day with only cups of tea and coffee to keep them going! I am delighted with my wardrobes that have improved the room and are finished to a very high standard. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This company have been a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Great design advice and tools to bring it to life at the start followed by friendly and responsive assistance in helping chose design and colours. Finally a difficult and challenging installation that the team handled with patience, professionalism and good humour to leave a stunning, beautiful fitted wardrobe as a result. Highly recommended.

Very professional service from design to installation, polite friendly and punctual. Large choice of colours and shelves can be moved to suit requirements. Finished product looks amazing, very pleased would highly recommend.
