Thank you Nancy. We are so sorry to hear it was too salty and would love to know the freeze by date on that dish. Or if you ever need to connect on a dish we would love to know that. We appreciate your feedback. The transfer of burning carbs for fuel, to fat, can cause our body to be off-kilter as electrolytes become off balanced. One mineral the body cannot live without, that gets depleted often on keto, is salt. It's essential to consume more salt on keto and with that, we do tend to have a higher sodium content in our meals but do not want them to taste overpowering salty. Thank you.

Consistent quality and great service!
I pick up my order every two weeks and the staff at the Oakville store are so friendly. The food is delicious, subscription service is reliable and the staff are amazing both online and in store! Amazing!

Celiac relatives
As I have 2 nieces that are celiac I wanted to treat them with some desserts for Easter. They loved all of it and so did I. Will definitely be back.

The food is amazing! This is the 3rd delivery service we’ve tried and it is by far the best one! And that’s not even doing it justice. I almost debated starting a keto delivery business until I discovered this one. And it’s truly everything I ever wanted in a keto delivery service. Each and every meal is out of this world. (Don’t even need to add salt!) The options are incredible and I love the interface for managing my subscription. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
I should mention - this is the first delivery service we’ve tried where we finish our meals every week. No left overs. Nothing to freeze because you don’t get bored of the amazing food. I no longer need to quit my job and start a keto food delivery service because Ketolibriyum is the perfect one.
