Nando's Wimbledon - unbelievable!

My son and I arrived at Nando's Wimbledon at about 9.40 on a Saturday evening. Upon entry we were told that we had eight minutes to order. No problem I thought as we were hungry. Shortly after the food arrived we were told that we had 15 minutes to finish our meal as they were closing at 10 pm. They did not tell us this when we arrived. I am 81 and cannot rush my food. Five minutes later the waitress told us we had 10 minutes to finish and, shortly after that, she told us that we must finish in five minutes and leave. At this stage I had only eaten a third of my food and was getting indigestion due to their unreasonable demands. I sent for the manager and complained emphatically. Eventually she agreed to let us stay and finish our meal and told us to take our time.

Nandos Southend

All the staff at the Nandos we're great but Fatima was fantastic, from the moment we sat down, we took our 11 year old out for a meal with some of his friends for his birthday, she went above and beyond to make sure he had a get meal

I felt very insulted after I went to buy Nandos at Jabulani mall, to realize that they recycle the packaging to save the cost. I bought my usual quarter chicken meal with a cheesy garlic roll. Nandos individually packages content that is not the same in its own packaging. Without checking or being deliberate they packed my roll inside the package that had chewed bones as the video shows. What amazed me was how they watered down my complain and ended up not even responding to me after I asked escalate the matter to management. In a country where there has been a reporting of foodborne diseases that has claimed a lot of us. I have not been ok since then it caused me serious paranoia

Avoid Nandos Red Lion Norwich

Took a friend for lunch to Nandos Red Lion Norwich, who had never been to Nandos. We bought a chicken wrap which included lettuce, chilli jam and sauce and we added avocado and cheese extras. We both ordered chips too. The orders came up quickly, which was great for time on a lunch break. Unfortunately, the wraps were the most tasteless I’d ever had at any Nandos. The wraps consisted of mostly lettuce, barely any chicken, which was really dry so had clearly been sitting around, couldn’t taste the chilli jam or sauce, barely any avocado and NO cheese as paid for in either of them. Very poor. We ate a wrap full of lettuce basically and it was tasteless. The chips were good and hot but the rest was a waste of money. The two meals cost me £35.50 and included a coke each. I won’t be going back and I was embarrassed with my friend’s first visit, after raving about Nandos and how tasty the wraps were. I didn’t want to embarrass my friend by making a complaint, and we didn’t have time in our lunch hour. I wish they’d taken a little more time to create a tasty wrap with fresh chicken, and enough of it, the right amount of chilli jam and sauce, not excessive but just enough, and put in the ingredients paid for in fair amounts. I’ve never had such an empty flat wrap.

“I recently purchased a wrap from Nando’s, brampton location and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The wrap was mostly just salad with little to no flavor, and it didn’t meet the standard I expected. When I called to share my feedback, the staff member I spoke with was rude and abruptly hung up the phone. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. I hope Nando's takes this seriously and improves both their food and their approach to handling customer concerns.”
