Service is always great when I go to the store. If there is one thing I would like to see is more options for meals and desserts(keto)

The food is absolutely delicious! The customer service is great and the website is very easy to manoeuvre around. Fantastic.

There are many choices of meals which puts your KETO selection much better than other companies I looked into.

I live in Montreal and the delivery is always on time, the food is pretty good but it lacks variety from week to week in the Keto area. For now it’s a great alternative to cooking my own. Keep up the good work.

Great service

The first order of Lasagna was so delicious that I order 6 on my next order. These however had something wrong and tasted really off. I tried four of them, and couldn’t eat them and so threw out the last two without trying. I don’t know what happened but will not be ordering anything again. Totally wasted all my money. I sent an email and was told that kitchen staff would be notified but never heard anything more.

I'm not sure why I received this email , I doo not shop at ketolibrium, the prices are way out of touch.

Good food but gets boring same foods weekly. Some keto friendly noodles would also be a nice change and more soups but not always creamy

When I had a issue which was my fault they were very quick to resolve it.

Your price reflects poor value. When compared to a standard bagel, you are sadly lacking. Your bagels are much smaller than conventional 'Montreal Style' bagels. In addition, they were doughy in the middle, and the 'hole' was almost non-existent. All in all, not an experience worth repeating.

Friendly and helpful service. Marry me chicken with zucchini noodles is fantastic and I'm hooked on the brown butter chocolate chip cookies! Delicious 😋

We loved the keto and mediterrean meals. And find the frozen meals are affordable and provide healthy diet to our needs.
Miss the Oakville store for the frozen meals. Hope you can find the location in nearby.
