they do not care about customer satisfaction

well, the actual people online who helped me try to get my keurig working were great. they spent about an hour with me while i cleaned and did everything they told me to do. it did not work. My keurig is not even a year old and i use it only when i have company. I usually buy tim hortons. they ended up offering me a 25 or 35% discount then 50%. sounds good but when i went to buy it at walmart (100$) they would not accept the coupon. I had to buy it online. Ok so i went online and it of course costs $200 for the same machine. therefore NO DEAL at all. I cant beleive they do not stand by their product. I expect a brand new machine when the year isnt even up and the machine is hardly ever used. Unbelievable .

Terrible Company

Terrible Company. Keurig quit at 4 months. Several phone calls and uploading everything requested they repeatedly denied my claim

Beware return policy and shipping cost

Ordered keurig from their website vs Amazon. So not ever do this. The measurements were not accurate and I had to return. Their returns are hard to navigate and are not free. It cost $42 to return. Never again.

Web site doesn’t work, neither does support

My issue is with their web site and customer service. For weeks I couldn’t even log in — it kept circling me back to the login screen. Finally I could log in but it wouldn’t process my order — kept circling back to checkout. I submitted several tickets with no response. Fast forward to needing to process two rewards — wouldn’t work, wouldn’t let me check out. So I finally called customer support and what a nightmare. Couldn’t understand her and after not being able to even find the rewards I needed processing, she eventually did. Thirty minute phone call. She said great, she’d add them to an autoship that was ready to go out. Received said autoship and no rewards items. Chatted today online (I will never call them again) and rewards will be in next autoship. We shall see. Very frustrated and looking to order my k cups elsewhere.

Never buy a Kuerig. They break and you won't be given a replacement or refund, even if they state they have a 90 day warranty.

There is no customer service at Keurig. There are only people online in emails, on the phone, and through chat that will never answer your questions, or refuse to acknowledge anything you say. It does not matter how meticulous you state the problems you are having with their machines or components of those machines. They will keep telling you that you must do this or that and we will follow through with this or that. You answer endless questions. You take pictures. You follow through with all the steps of giving order numbers, machine models, etc. You take pictures of the serial number. On and on, you do everything they tell you must do and it will take at least an hour on the phone. After doing all of this, they tell you "we are putting you through a specialist who is better equipped to help you." Then you will wait again for another half hour on hold. And then you will go through the whole thing all over again. No one ever addressed the fact that you already did this. No one admits that they have a 90 day warranty that states you get a replacement if the machines or reservoirs malfunction or break. They just send you to someone else who, they say, is "better equipped to help you and will resolve this matter." I was lied to constantly about how "I am the only one complaining", when in fact, there are endless complaints from others about the same issues I am having with machines and water reservoirs. They want you to keep complaining...for months...so they can say you have gone past the three months deadline.

I bought a Keurig K-Slim coffee maker ...

about 7 months ago. After de-scaling this time, the machine would not turn back on. I contacted Keurig Customer Service and went through the process of plugging out and in etc. Then the agent emailed me a form to complete and submit. The form required I photograph the serial number on the unit and attach the original receipt of purchase, both of which I did. The form is managed by an automated system that I hesitate to call AI as it is not intelligent at all. I completed the form 3x and each time the AI emailed back saying my serial # was invalid (its a photo from the back of the machine with the bar code), the purchase was more than one year old (bought Oct 11, 2024 and its March, 2025 so it's within the validity period) and that I did not buy from an authorized dealer (it was bought at the Keurig Store on Amazon). I call in again, to speak to a human. They refer me again to complete the form. Same thing as above, AI rejects it for the same reasons above stated.

I call in a third time. Agent wants to send me another form! Oh boy.

So 1/2 workday later after dealing with Keurig I have no working machine and no approval for a new machine that meets all the requirements for a free replacement. Terrible. I will move to another coffee system. Too many companies are getting rid of humans and replacing with AI that is not yet programmed correctly to handle situations.

Malfunction- product does not last and customer service did not help

Received a Keurig as wedding gift and did not use it until I got married… it worked for a little while and then had a mechanical/internal/electrical type issue and customer service was not able to help. I think that for the price the coffee machine should last for a long time, especially since I barely used it. I also did not like how customer service would “up my discount” when it would still have been cheaper on their website to reorder…which why would I want to reorder when the product was not good quality and did not last and the customer service could not troubleshoot or resolve the issue… I wasn’t looking for a free one I just wanted mine fixed since there was a malfunction with the product but there was nothing they could do but have me pay for a new one

Cannot cancel within minutes of ordering…

Very disappointing ... I ordered 2 and within 15 minutes decided to cancel one of the orders as it was a duplicate. Their calls go outside the US. Not only can they not cancel even though it says shipping in 3 days I have to call back to process the return. No online return process. On the phone for over 1 hour! I will look for other coffee makers

Bought a Keurig coffee maker
on November 15. It stopped working. Contacted the company. They wanted a photo of the serial #. Sent it. They then wanted a copy of the receipt. Unable to get a receipt from Walmart because they only keep them for 90 days. The keurig was paid with my bank card. They have the card #, my name, my address and the serial number. Spent hours on the phone trying to get them to honor the 1yr warranty. Worst customer service ever. The service rep who I could barely understand basically told me "tough luck".
BEWARE buying anything from Keurig. They will find any excuse not to honor their warranty. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Zero commercial support! Why?

I have been trying for 2 days to get someone from commercial technical support for my 2500 series and it has been a nightmare! Tech number for support, no one answers. I've been on hold 2xs over an hour each and then the phone disconnects. You can't even leave a message. So I had the consumer division leave a message for me. Again, they have 48 hours to call back. Really...the damn coffee maker doesn't work. At 500 dollars for the unit, I think there should better service support. I am shocked that a large and well known, has the worst , incompetent service help. They have the monopoly in the market, so what are you suppose to do? Great product until you need support. Just terrible.

Do not buy from Keurig On Line Store

Ordered from Keurig online. Received defective coffee maker —- OK it happens. However, their customer service is the worst I have experienced ever. Actually, it is unimaginably bad for 2025. Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star to complete the review, otherwise I would give 0 stars. First call was long wait with exceedingly difficult communications, but Keurig did provide return authorization but upon receipt did not receive prepaid shipping. I called back, associate stated policy that it is purchasers responsibility. Ask for supervisor and was transferred to dead voicemail box. Call back, same program, very difficult to deal with. Seemed intentional. Finally reached a supervisor who stated same. When I explained my return was for defective product, response was that “it did not matter the purchaser must pay return shipping without exception”. Horrible. It should also be noted that nowhere on the order does it say that customer will need to pay for return shipping on defective product. I took the coffe maker to UPS and it was $34 dollars for return shipping. Not. I am going to dispute credit card charge. DO NOT BY FROM KEURIG

This is one of the few times I have taken to give a bad review for a company but I have never had such horrible customer service. I had a box of coffee that I had placed in my cart but never ordered somehow turn into an auto shipment that I never started. All I asked was for my shipping charge to be returned, $7.99, since I never set this up. The company denied it because they sent me an email about the shipment 2 days prior to the order going out. This email came alongside another order that I had placed so I failed to notice the second email as Gmail stacked them together as they sent on the same day. After being on a hold for almost an hour after 2 phone calls, the first that was dropped by them, I was told it had to be referred to corporate, the company won't allow their customer service reps to refund $8 without corporate approval. I then received an email that stated this;
Thank you for contacting Keurig! We have reviewed your account and it appears we had sent a reminder Email on 2/25 to review these orders. Given this we would be unable to refund the shipping fee. We apologize for an frustration. Thank you.

Looking for a brand better than Keurig …

We've had numerous Keurig single-serve brewers for many years now and many different models too, even had 2 of the same "Office" version (1 that traveled and 1 at home). The negative thing we've begun to notice is none of them have lasted more than a few years before requiring replacement. Only one time was one still under warranty and they did replace it without a problem. So for that instance I can say customer service was excellent but their products are not of high quality since they don't last very long!

My Keurig broke after a short amount of time but was replaced with ease!

My Keurig broke after about 5 months of use which is obviously devastating being an avid coffee drinker! After doing some research I found they have a one year warranty! They replaced my broken Keurig for FREE!!! All I had to do was call Walmart they were able to track down my receipt and take a picture of the QR code on the back of my machine! I couldn’t be more thankful for their help! I called customer support they were very apologetic and walked me through putting in my order!! I am really just so grateful it is such a relief I didn’t have to find the money to purchase a new machine! After this experience I have nothing but good things to say for them. Unfortunately I wouldn’t have to have gone through this process if my first one didn’t break but mistakes happen and they sure made up for it in the end!

Wish I had seen this extremely negative…

Wish I had seen this extremely negative review status before ordering K-cups from their site. By the time I was notified that another shipment of k-cups were coming (I already had plenty and would have preferred delaying the order) it was too late to cancel, even though we canceled before it shipped. They said once it starts processing they cannot cancel. Bad customer service policy!

Three Failed Keurig Supreme Plus Coffee Makers…

We purchased our first Keurig Supreme Plus coffee maker at Costco about 4 years ago. The unit failed after less than two years when my wife forgot to put a cup under the dispensing nozzle allowing coffee to get under the unit. I couldn't believe that Keurig design people would not foresee this taking place and design in a feature to prevent any damage to the machine!!
We returned it to Costco and they gave us a replacement, I had also contacted Keurig and told them of the frailer, Well they also sent a replacement unit so now we had two new units. The one Costco gave us lasted less than 2 years when it just died. So we pulled out our third unit only to have it last less than two years as well!!! The machine gave a descale message so I began the descale process and after dispensing only about 3OZ of the descaling fluid
it powered down and will not power back up. Very disappointed to say the least. When I called Keurig they indicated that the only thing they could do is offer us another machine at a discount. All we wanted was a machine that would last more than 2 years!! Will try another brand. On top of everything else their customer service persons English was marginal at best!!
