They have the worst customer service…
They have the worst customer service ever (even worse than Yahoo customer service)! All representatives speak a broken English but worse, I had their coffee pod explode and mess up the machine. I called them and after explaining in detail to the first rep, he said he was transferring me to another level that would help me. The least they could have done was to send me a coupon for a new box of pods. This second customer service asked me what happened and I told her that I explained everything to the first guy who wrote a report that she had. Nevertheless, she wanted me to repeat what happened. Then asked for the information on the box which I understood was necessary and then told me I would be receiving an email with instructions what to do. The following is the email I received from them. You won't believe it:

1. Provide Beverage Information and Attach Pictures: Please reply to this email and attach clear pictures of the issue you encountered. Include the following details:
Purchase place and approximate purchase date
Box count (e.g., 12 count, 16 count, etc.)
Specific brand and name of pods (e.g., Green Mountain/Nantucket Blend)
Best Used By Date (e.g., 10 Jan 2020)
All codes printed on the bottom of the box or bag or etched on the pod (e.g., LA 00:17 PL087 9019) Etched pod information may be easier to view if run over with a pen or pencil. Pod manufacturer listed on the bottom of the pod (numbers, letters, or both)
Serial number of your brewer
2. Return The Beverage: To complete our investigation, we kindly ask you to return the beverage to us.
Please include your shipping address in your email reply.
Once received we will issue you a UPS shipping label via email.
Simply print and attach the label to the package and drop it off at any UPS location.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT
I can't rate the product because I never received the product. Waited almost two weeks for product to be delivered. Finally, contacted customer service only to find that my order had never been processed!! I was told to place the order again. What terrible customer service. I did not waste my time in re-ordering.

No American speaking person on their customer service number. The people are not experienced in the product at all. They read from a script and drive you crazy. Another company trying to push after purchase people down on the totem pole. Man I sure wish one company would change that.
Scam Company
Doesn't matter what unit you purchase. They all have short lifespans. The warranty means nothing as there is no customer service or support from them at all. You can't contact them and speak to a real person. Tried calling and email with no response. Multiple times for an entire month. They do not back up their warranty. So if you have any issues with your unit. Your only option is to throw it away and buy a new one. Convenience is not worth the price. There is no value. It's not a matter of if you run into issues with your unit. It's when.
Newer ones fail quickly
Have an older maker which still works but bought 2 of the newer ones, 1 for office and 1 for home. Office failed in about a year, the other about 6 months. Next time I will save the box and return to walmart for store credit when it fails or I'll just by bunn or brevill
3 Keurigs 3 years all broken in a year!
I have had 3 Keurigs all different sizes in the past 3 years and they all have broken within a year! Such a poor quality product!
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
This company is a joke and the so-called customer service is ran by toddlers. Wait, that is making toddlers look bad. I have tried for over a month to get my auto-ship order. Each time I called into Customer Service I was alway told by someone who barely spoke English that "don't worry sir, it shows your order processing. You will get coffee next week.' What a bunch of BS!!! Never processed fully and when it did and they charged my form of payment, it was credited right back. I used four different methods of payment and each one was the same.
I asked to speak with a supervisor this last time and was on hold for almost 30 mins only to be told the supervisor was in a meeting. I said, well get me another. They were all then meeting with other customers. I said either get me a supervisor or I cancel everything and will write about my experience on every platform I could. Went on hold again for another 15 min. During that time, I researched Keurig and found they had an ASTRONOMICAL 1.2 star rating!!! I read some reviews and guess what, everyone else that had issues seemed to have a real issue with the lack of customer service. So when the rep came back on and once again told me the supervisors were busy, I brought this to her attention. She had no response.
I cancelled an order I had with them (not that it would have ever been fulfilled anyways), and pulled all payment types as a few reviews showed fraudulent charging. I then went on to AMAZON and ordered they same coffee I was getting from Keurig for $20 less.
Save yourself a headache and stay THE HELL away from this company!! It is a shame as we have purchased numerous coffeemakers from them for us and family, however I do not know what is going on with their customer service department!! Just plain IDIOTS!

Waste of money
I've had 3 Keurig single cup models in the past 4 years.. nothing but problems.. zero customer service response, waste of money, poorly made product would not recommend this product to an enemy. Don't know what else to say ... very disappointed. After the second purchase you'd think I would know better but gave benefit of the doubt.
I received a Keurig as a Christmas…
I received a Keurig as a Christmas gift. It lasted only a month. When punching a Keurig coffee pod, the (plastic) handle broke in the rotating joint. The handle fell out of the broken side and did not lock into place for the brewing process. Since the Keurig is still under warranty, I filed a claim. I received an email back with an SR#. After a month, I called to inquire about the status of my claim. Keurig Customer Service said they do not see my email as a registered customer and therefore do not have it in their system. The service was going to assist me in registering my email after he completed the task, and started to ask additional questions, he then claimed that he could no longer hear any response from my end of the phone, and hung up. I called again, and again the rep said that my email was not registered in their system and registered my email. The rep insisted that I present a copy of the receipt/proof of purchase. When I filed my claim, they said that they would be able to process my claim without it, since it was a gift. Now they are claiming that I must produce a receipt to process my claim. It was a gift, and now the person who gave us the Keurig, no longer has the receipt it has been at least two months.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are all robots with no common sense. It’s very frustrating and you don’t wanna take it out on them, so I always ask for a supervisor. The response is always the same. There are none available and after the first two tries of waiting for long periods of time on the phone, you agree to have them call you back which they do, and then you suddenly get disconnected and your problem is not resolved. This happened twice out of five phone calls over a 2 1/2 hour period. My top of the line Keurig did not last one year, after they sent my replacement, I will NEVER Deal with this company again.
Keurig K-Elite - more cons than pros
Just purchased a Keurig K-Elite. Noticed several disappointments immediately. I believe their designers lost touch with reality & de-evolved the units.
As soon as I set it up in exactly the same place as our previous Keurig 2.0 K450, I noticed:
- The display is poorly placed. It is too far back on the top of the unit & hard to read due to a nearly horizontal angle
- The user interface is not clear on cup sizes. Yes, the buttons are illuminated with small to large pictures, but ounces are not shown. Plus, again, the horizontal location provides poor visibility
- With it placed toward the back of the countertop under the wall cabinet, as I suspect many situations to be like, raising the handle causes your hand to hit the underside of the cabinet & just clears itself. The previous model's lift handle was angled slightly down and when lifted did not go as high
- You cannot see the water tank level from the front of the unit, unlike the K450, on which you could clearly see how much was in the tank from the front
- You must lift & remove the lid on the water tank of the K-Elite to fill it, which is inconvenient again being under the cabinet, whereas on the K450 it had a simple flip lid in the front that you could use a big cup to fill through and did not have to remove the tank
Yes, it brews a nice cup of coffee quickly. Yes, it has pretty much the same capabilities as our previous model. We liked pretty much everything about the K450 and very little of this K-Elite on first impression. Had I taken time to see these cons I may have reconsidered this purchase. You hope for improvements in newer models, not regression.
They don't deserve 1 star
They don't deserve 1 star! I bought my original Kuerig on Amazon in August of 2023 just about a year later while descaling it shut off and wouldn't turn back on. After a lot of arguing with customer service, I finally spoke to the supervisor's supervisor. After all of the back and forth they sent me a new machine at no cost(they were trying to make me buy a new one) Well one year later I'm in the same predicament. Now they're offering me a discount to buy a new machine and a few free coffee boxes! I told them it was an unacceptable solution and that I wanted either a new machine or my $ back. I told them if they were going to offer me 50% off I deserve 100% off I've already bought a new machine by a different brand and I wasn't paying for a second machine that was defective especially because it's the second machine it's happened with. The new warranty expiration was 5/1/25 and today is 5/22/25. How ridiculous is that! I am waiting for a call from the supervisor's supervisor now. I'm sure I won't get anywhere but I hope this review hurts. I am going to tell everyone I know with a Kuerig or is planning on buying one save your money and go with a different company. These people are a joke! I'll update you all after I speak to the next supervisor.

Scammed my Debit Card
Somehow they got my debit card # and charged product to it. I called and told them that I didn't order anything. They never removed the charge and ended up sending the product to my address after I called them. Total scammers. Will have to get my bank involved.
Poor Engineering
Poor Engineering, or planned failure of their Keurig product. 3rd Keurig that died after descaling. You think I would have learned after #2. Spent $140.00 for a premium Keurig at Costco. It lasted 14 months.. 1 year warranty. Too bad for me. Was offered a coupon for a discount on another Keurig, I told customer service they have got to be crazy if they thought I would buy another piece of junk. They used to have a reliable product. Buyer beware!

First time buyer of coffee direct from…
First time buyer of coffee direct from Keurig site and will be my last. USPS has been waiting for the product for 5 days. Called customer service and the gentleman asked me everything he should know on his end and still could not find the proper order or give me a reason why it was delayed. Told me they had received this issue from 4 other customers this same day. He offered the chance to reship the item like he was doing me a favor? After I said no, please cancel my order. He then said I would have to pay for shipping! HOW NOTHING SHIPPED? Then proceeded to tell me that it was a carrier issue so that is why. Excuse me since when is that the customer’s fault? Terrible just terrible. Told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor and was on hold for 20 minutes. I gave up I’m out $60. Unbelievable.
Quit working on line
Quit working on line, called customer service 3 times wasted hours on the phone. The people I spoke to all said the problem was beyond them and I would be contacted by someone higher up. Apparently they sent me emails that disappeared so far into junk that I had to search to find them. Basically blamed the problem on my wifi even though everything else connected works fine and the machine did work then stopped. Totally useless

Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Customer Service and Poor Business Practices
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with KEYRIG was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order on a Thursday and received the package the following Monday. Unfortunately, the item I received was incorrect.
When I reached out to request a replacement, I was shocked to learn that I would be responsible for the return shipping—despite the error being entirely on their end. It makes absolutely no sense to have to pay out of pocket to return an item that was wrong from the start and received the same day.
Due to this lack of accountability and poor customer service, I decided to return my entire order. The machine I initially purchased is now going straight into the trash. I will not be doing business with KEYRIG again.
They seriously need to improve their ordering process and customer support policies to ensure customers receive the correct products and are not penalized for mistakes they didn’t make..
