Ask for Youssif, Rebecca and Andy! Great company, very professional and helped us sell our house in no time.

Noone really cares here, poor customer service and they fail to communicate effectively or frequently enough. They got the job done but wouldn't recommend and glad to be done with them.

I recently enquired about a property and the gentleman that answered the phone was nothing but helpful. The property I enquired for was unfortunately no longer available but that didn’t stop him from working with me and talking with me to help me better understand what I’m exactly looking for and help explain the process to me. Thank you

I Normally don’t write review. I enquired about the property genially. Lady took my details and said someone will give you a call back but no one did. I think staff are too busy playing music and wapping rather then considering about people situation. People don’t enquiries about house for fun and if you are not able to help then shouldn’t be in that filed. Worse experience ever.

Successfully let our property through Kevin & Co from this month. After seeing many five star reviews, I was calling Kevin & Co around 11.00 am. On the same day evening, 4.00 pm, Krishna came and inspected the property. Krishna is helpful and have much knowledge in this field. She gave many useful advice on what we need to do to our newly purchased property. I am letting the property first time through letting agents. So I got many questions. All my questions are clearly explained and clarified by Krishna. She is also good in updating the process and also reply as soon as possible. Very quickly they found tenants and completed the reference procedures. Thanks to Kevin & co and their team.

As I wrote a feedback on Google Maps, I would like to write a few words on Trust Pilot as well.

At the beginning I was a bit sceptic about this company, as I did not know who they are. Despite living in the area they operates, for over 8 years, I did not now that I have such a nice estate agent.

All the staff (especially Mommin and Kevin) were extremely professional, and spent a lot of time, showing the property to rent, explaining me all the aspects of living in that particular area.

Really nothing to complain about. Professional company with reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy/sell/rent a property.

just wanted to say a huge thanks to Krishna. As a first time tenant I was unsure of many things. Krishna guided me through the whole process and was always available to answer any of my questions. I was extremely pleased and impressed with her services.

I enquired about an all female property, as I am a female. I was immediately rejected from enquiring about the property via SpareRoom. My name is Michelle btw, and it is clearly the name on my profile. I told them that I was a woman, and also asked them why there was a male currently living in the property, when it is advertised as an all female household. They asked me to provide my number for them to explain the situation. I kindly asked them to provide an answer via SpareRoom as I didn't need to give them my number for that. They then refused to communicate with me any further and never gave me the opportunity to view to the room. Very poor customer service from Kevin & Co.
