Indigo put forward a low offer on our property from the brother of someone they told us they "do a lot of business with". I got a friend to call up to see if she could book a viewing, she was told that they needed our permission to book viewings and hadn't been able to contact us. It is untrue that they needed our permission to book any viewings and had never done so. Further, we had not received any call from them to ask our permission, when challenged the agent's explanation was that he had tried to call but the "CALL WOULDN'T CONNECT"!! A genuinely interested buyer contacted me via a mutual contact, out of desperation, she said she had booked 2 viewing appointments (we hadn't been notified or either) but for the first one was told that we would let her in (the house is vacant and we hadn't been notified) and the next time that the agent would meet her but they didn't show up. She didn't give up and eventually got a viewing. Following this she contacted them many times requesting information and told them she wanted to put an offer in but needed some information first. We were not informed of this by Indigo. They pressed us to accept the offer from the brother of the "person they do a lot of business with" whilst depriving us of the knowledge of this other interest.

They had also claimed that they had a "cash buyer" prior to this, and we had accepted this offer. It turned out this this was not a cash buyer. They then claimed he was working on trying to get a mortgage, this went on for around 3 months, they then claimed the buyer couldn't get a mortgage. No explanations were provided. Shortly after this the low offer from the brother of the "person they do a lot of business with" swooped in, whilst they did not tell us about the other interest above.

I like the fact that Matt knows the business of buying and selling a property , it can be stressful and Matt does his best to offer good advice to all parties.

Matt is a good communicator,he calls with an update when he says he will, he returns calls immediately and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find it and call or email in the evening and weekends.

Matt is proactive and is always willing to put forward ideas and suggestions to help the deal along.
I would recommend Indigo and Matt for all property matters.

Do not go near indigo factors . The owner Brian Gilmore is a con man . Google him , took millions from investors . But have u noticed , he’s not on bbc radio anymore. I wonder why . There are other factors in Glasgow .

Dealt with Lottie and Gareth and was constantly given different stories about the same property — first a family member buying, then someone else, then the neighbours, then suddenly it was sold. Very misleading and lacking transparency. Would not recommend.
