Found sharp shard of Bone (and smaller shards) in the Cilantro Chicken, a choking hazard. Contacted company on their website using their online email form 5/30/25, and uploaded pics of largest bone shard with lot number on chicken packet, no response 1 week later. On 6/5/25 contacted again using same form, left a voicemail at the company's number nobody ever called back although they state customer service is their utmost concern callback within 24-48 hours, only until I posted 1 star review at their website did I receive an email from Crystal from that company promising to send reimbursement check, and I sent her receipt of purchase that she requested. On 6/13/25 no check received, contacted them again with their online form, and noticed my review was deleted so I wrote another 1-star review. Yesterday 6/18/25, 19 days after the initial complaint I received in the mail coupons from them but no reimbursement for product as she stated. Today 6/19/25 I go to their website, and they have removed both of my 1-star reviews. They are maintaining an overall 5-star review for the product by deleting reviews
