Key Fire Doors Ltd provided their quote and arranged to attend the property very promptly. They answered all my questions quickly. There was a slight issue in that the engineer forgot to replace something so they had to come back again. But to their credit they admitted the error promptly, came back to sort it out at a timeframe that suited and I am now very satisfied.

The engineer was very professional and polite, and he explained everything to me clearly.

KFD did a very professional job on fixing my front door so it met fire regulations. As I live in a flat this is very important for the safety not only of myself but all my neighbours.
