This is my second review , I used Key for her for PMS last year and it worked wonders so I stopped and my symptoms came back back (there were other factors going on ) .Symptoms were worse than ever! I'm back on it 3 months and today is day one of my cycle and NO pms symptoms. I cannot believe it. I will never stop taking this product.

I wanted to update my review of the key for her menopause. I've been using this product for over a year now and recently I became ill. Over this time I sporadically took my tablets and for a month didn't take at all. Within another month all my symptoms bar none had returned and with a vengeance. Hot flushes every hour, it was horrendous. I decided to return to my key for her and now within a month symptoms have regressed significantly. No hot flushes or night sweats, pure relief. I don't know how it's doing it but it's doing it! Still amazing product and so happy I have this along side me for the menopause journey. Julie x

Don’t wait to try these supplements. They are absolutely amazing. I’m taking the key collagen and the key peri menopause. My skin and hair are so much better from the collagen and although my periods are no longer regular, I don’t suffer with any symptoms anymore when I do get one. I spent all my life taking high quantities of painkillers every month just to get by. If only these were around earlier.

Best product on the market by far, what A difference they make. Im 2 months on the peri menopause tablets and 2 weeks in, there was an instant relief from symptoms. Very noticicable. Absolutely love these tablets.

After months of 2-3 hours of sleep each night. Being so snappy and contrary with the kids. No energy and heightened anxiety. Burning legs and feet. I was on the verge of completely loosing it. Well within a couple of weeks I was sleeping much better, my anxiety level decreased massively and most importantly I was now a much much nicer mam to my boys.... Hi I started taking key Peri/menopause about 4 months ago. I am 44 this year had a baby 2 years ago and went basically from post pregnancy hormones into peri menopause. I had a rough pregnancy I had really bad hyperemesis gravidarum so started from a weak position and also breastfed so was hormonal exhausted and thought I was going crazy. I put it down to post pregnancy at first but by year 2 I started thinking depression. My hair was falling out and thinning I was feeling numb, irritable, forgetful terrible insomnia … all the pregnancy stuff and more. Then a video can up on insta for Key for her, basically listing off my symptoms and I started learning about perimenopause. I wanted to try a herbal approach first and decided as Key for her is an Irish owned women spearheaded company(my fave kind) I would give it a go. I CANNOT recommend this supplement highly enough. It has turned my life around, from a toddler mom who though she was depressed and crazy to someone who is enjoying life again. I also changed my lifestyle a little started taking time to be more mindful and moved to light weight training and yoga for fitness. But my mood is noticeably improved.. much to my husbands delight… and my hair is growing back much to mine. I have so much more energy and I am sleeping again. Also the women behind this are so approachable and great to deal with. Honestly if you are struggling as I was, please try this supplement.

Feeling so much better

I've been taking Key for Peri and menopause and Collagen for the last few months and I'm finding it brilliant. My night sweats and hot flushes are greatly reduced, I am sleeping better and I'm in a better mood.

I found that my hair was getting thin in one particular spot but since taking these supplements and collagen my hair is thicker and my nails stronger.

I would absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family, in fact I already have.

This is amazing!!! For three months I felt great after taking this, along with some other peri-menopause supplements, and thought it was the whole combination until I accidentally missed my last subscription and haven't been feeling great since I stopped taking them 3 days ago. I can't believe it!! I actually didn't realise how great I felt til now. While taking Key for Her I sleep much better, have more energy, am in better form, am a lot less anxious, night sweats and flushing have reduced and because of all of this was able to go back to my dream job two months ago and I feel amazing. I've placed a new order and definitely won't be missing them again.
Often I'd be dubious of some companies reviews but I trusted the reviews here and I'm so glad. I never write reviews either but feel I need to because I'm so excited about this product and what it can do for us. It's great value for money too. Please just give it a try and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed ladies.

I just wanted to say that I've been taking Key for Peri and menopause for the last few months and I'm finding it brilliant. I've always had difficulty with my hormones and I developed PMDD 2 years ago. I'd been prescribed medication for this but I didn't like the side effects of taking it.

My low energy and mood have improved with Key. My nightsweats and hot flushes are reduced. Im less bloated and irritable. I feel more alive and myself. I've been living in dread of the 10-12 days before my period but now I feel I'm in a better position, physically and emotionally, to take back control of myself and do the things I want to do.

I am telling you right now, I will never EVER run out of Key For Her for perimenopause like EVER again. I was busy and took my eye off the ball & ran out. I stupidly waited two weeks. In that time, all of my symptoms came back. I have started taking them again, and I can slowly but surely feel an improvement. Feeling that awful again scared me. This is all within my control. I've spent stupid money on supplements in the past but I have to say, these are well worth it! I've been using the collagen supplement for two months and I'm nearly finished with my first month of the peri and menopause supplement. I'm really seeing the differences now with the collagen supplement. My nails are stronger and growing well, my hair is growing much faster with less fallout. I got a serious haircut at Christmas(talking 4 inches) and I'd say nearly 2 inches has grown back already. And it tastes great too - this is a plus compared to other collagen supplements on the market. The vitamin supplement is good, I'm not a tired, I can see and feel a difference and I use it in conjunction with my HRT. Highly recommend these supplements.
