Amazing product. The pain in my joints is almost completely gone since starting the Peri & Menopause supplement. I got a 3 month subscription to start as these things normally takes 6 weeks + to kick in, within 2 weeks I told my husband I'm never giving these up. Started my daughter on key menstrual a month ago and what a difference it has made for her already she wasn’t weepy a few days before and she didn’t have to take a day off which she would normally have to on the first day of her cycle, have signed up for monthly subscription would definitely recommend KEY menstrual for anyone that suffers every month

I've suffered from horrific periods my whole life, I'm 30. Recently I had open surgery to remove an 8" dermoid cyst and endometriosis. I also had the copper coil inserted. To say my first period post op was unbearable, is an understatement. I bought the key for menstrual as a last resort because I was literally bed ridden for 5 days. Taking solpadine and nurofen plus barely helped. This period although a little pinchy, was even better than my periods pre op. I barely had to use any pain medication, maybe just one or two nurofen on the first and second day. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you for this amazing product. I've been recommending it to anyone who will listen!

Fantastic product. Only on it a week and already a huge improvement in my sleep. Brain fog, fatigue and hot flushes also improving and the best ever is its helping with my overactive bladder which is a huge symptom of menopause with me. Recommend to anyone considering this product go ahead and give it a try. Also feedback from the company is second to none.

Thank you so much for making this product, I can honestly say it’s made a massive difference to my moods and anxiety especially around my menstrual cycle. I did take a little break from this product due to other medical issues and financial circumstances, I thought I would be ok without them. But I quickly realised this was not the case. I would recommend anyone who suffers with pms or other mental health symptoms around there Menstrual cycle to really consider taking these.

I've been on hrt patches for over 10 months. I was bloated piled on weight and didn't feel good about myself. I have searching Internet for help. I found peri menopause took the chance. Got a lovely reply from Renee about my concerns. After two weeks on key peri menopause I decided to come off hrt patches. I'm now halfway through my second month I feel great, I've lost 8lbs, no aches and pains, maybe the odd flush but nothing that I can't cope with . I spoke to my doctor that I had come off hrt on my own decision, showed her the box of peri menopause and also told her I had lost 8lb in weight. When I get out of bed now in the morning, i can get out and walk around with ease not like before when I felt so stiff and achy. My friends used me as the guinea pig and they have seen a change in me physically and mentally. They are now going on it, I'm 53 and they are similar or slightly older. I love these and taking them now about five months. The last batch I got have made me very sick I found if I take them without food and sometimes even if I have had food did anyone else experience this??? My nails are great and I feel great except the few times I’ve felt very nauseous and sick.

I bought Key peri & menopause as a subscription about 8 months ago but didn't start taking them. I actually cancelled my subscription as I couldn't really afford them. There was no problem with this and the girls refunded my payment.

I've been on high dose anti-depressants for years and am now peri menopausal. Three months ago I was feeling awful still however GP was concerned and didn't really want to increase my dose again because its already high so we agreed to wait three more months to see how I was. About a month ago, I rooted out the supply of Key and I have been taking them ever since religiously. Two word - GAME CHANGER!

My mood has vastly improved, I no longer spend my down days in bed and I feel better able to face the world. My husband and son have noticed a huge difference too. Also, the knee pain which has been crippling me for the past few years has subsided.

After breast cancer diagnosis in December 2021 I had surgery and radiation treatment. When that was completed I was prescribed Anastrozle which I will take for five years. Anastrozle brings on menopause symptoms and I was suffering with awful hot flushes, pains in my joints , brain fog and anxiety. Because my cancer was estrogen positive it means I can't have the usual treatment as I can't increase my estrogen.
After seeing an advertisement for key on Facebook in March 2022 I decided to try it out. I'm really glad I did.
It didn't happen overnight but now I have very few hot flushes, the joint pain is almost gone as well.
I know it's key helping me because if I miss a week the hot flushes will come back with a vengeance.
I highly recommend key to any woman suffering with menopause symptoms.

I have been taking Key Collagen for one month now and I already notice a difference in my skin. I do feel like my skin is brighter and smoother. It's very easy to take and I will definitely be purchasing a subscription.

I have been taking key peri and also key collegen for approx 4 months. Regarding my peri menopause symptoms my mood is better balanced now and my painful joints are much better. I hadn't started getting any night sweats or flushes so hopefully I won't be suffering that in future.
The key collegen is brilliant, I notice my skin more plumped out and my nails are so much stronger too. In fact two of my friends in work asked me if I had Botox to my face as they had seen such an improvement in my skin. Of course I gave them a few samples and now they are eager to take it too.
